I’ve used Gabe from Beltz twice now. He’s done excellent work and he’s very courteous and professional. He explains everything so that I can make an informed choice and his estimates came in exactly as predicted. I have no complaints and will use him in the future.

Mike Lasater came out to do my semi-annual HVAC inspection. Everything checked out great, he also checked out the fuse box to make sure there was no corrosion or moisture leaking into the box itself.

We went over a few points of interest. Very thorough and professional, answered all my questions. Great Job overall, 5 Stars!! I highly recommend Beltz Home Service for all of your home service needs!!

Beltz is the best. Chuck came out and identified some safety issues during a routine maintenance of our AC and was able to fix everything the same day. Super professional and explains everything well.

Chuck Bateson was my technician today. I had a furnace that wasn't firing up and he came in, did a thorough cleaning job, and showed me all my options for improvement.

He also took extra time to show me how to change my humidifier filter, as well as to explain how the systems worked.

He was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and not pushy. I appreciate his demeanor and expertise very much and will definitely be reaching out to Chuck and Beltz with future issues and maintenance requests. Well done!

Micah from Beltz was great to work with. I was having some issues with my exterior water spigot. Micah was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He quickly determined a solution and provided me with a few different options. Thank you Micah for taking care of my problem!!!

Micha was very good. Found the leak very quickly, explained all options of repair and possible costs, and fixed the leak. Even took the time to check other plumbing issues and explained possible repair or solutions to fix issues. After a disappointing experience with other plumbers in my area, this company came from a distance to fix my issue. Very veteran friendly. Will recommend this company to friends and family.

He was able to come out the same day I called for service. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything as he was doing it and fixed my outlet very quickly. He also gave me safety advice on what to look for to prevent an electrical fire.

Just moved to Findlay in Feb 2023. Beltz was recommended to us by our contractor. We called them and they showed up same day (within the hour) and installed new HVAC system (AC and Furnace) the next day. Unbelievable service, professionalism and product. Thank you so much!!!
