(::EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER:: google gives no way to respond, we had you guys do our ac and were great, your plumbers basically gave up and told me to call someone else. I didn’t know it was worse till the next day. You have my info on file so get a hold of me. To be clear your ac guys went above and beyond to keep things clean and they even drilled through my house. Your plumbers left sewage splatters all over my bathroom walls never cleaned it up )

Had them come out to clear a main drain and not only did they not fix the problem they made it worse, left sewage spray all over my walls, won’t answer my calls, charged me for it, and never gave a receipt. This is extremely unprofessional of them...

This is a good, solid company. We own a big, complex, expensive house. Granted, they need to prioritize emergencies over "nice-to-have" upgrades. Understood as they cover a wide area with a number of expertises. There are, sometimes, delays and they aren't always clairvoyant as to what will/could go wrong. They seem to work best on a cyclical maintenance or repair schedule (i.e. expect 2 to 3 wks for those on-order canned lights installations). The schedulers are ALWAYS pleasant and communicative and will explain what is happening. The techicans are all business but will take the time to explain if you are interested. Their experience, training and knowledge is apparant. We now know what to expect when they are scheduled to come and we are confident in their services. Oh, yeah
, regarding price, if you have their annual HVAC/heating service expect GREAT prices on those services. However, their costs on other services are entirely reasonable and they ALWAYS will give you an honest estimate that you can take or leave. We took a chance with them when we moved in over a year ago and, ever since, they have delivered.

Dale came out today to fix my air conditioner. He was super friendly and nice and went above and beyond to fix my unit and to educate me on what to do to extend the life of it. He actually sat down with me and seemed to genuinely care about saving me money and doing all he could to help. EXCELLENT customer service! :)

One evening back in late February, our furnace stopped working. The very next morning they came out and had us up and running within 1 hour. The technician was friendly, trust-worthy, & honest. The office staff was also a pleasure to deal with. When all was said and done, we received a repair we were 100% pleased with at a very reasonable price!!!

I’ve had them out to work on an older HVAC system. They may not have the best judgement at times but will always make situations right. The preventative maintenance plan SEEMS to be a good deal.

Horrible business. Filing a complaint now with the bbb. This company waisted a lot of my time. A leaking toilet seems real simple to fix. While arriving the men working practice zero hospitality and seemed quite rude, the lady on the phone was a nightmare. Being a business owner myself being on time is always important but this company didn't seem to have any work ethic. Long story short my toilet was still leaking an hour after this company left. 177 dollars for a wax ring ? So we called this company back and the lady receptionist was one of the worst human beings we have ever tried to talk to. All we asked was that our leak be fixed, and they just refused to help us on top of talking to us like we were in the wrong. The owner of this company has yet to contact us about what happened that day. A letter was sent to us with a threat to put a lean on our house. Out of principal I will spend a lot of money in court on these people and spend a lot of my time making sure that justice is served if the owner wants to come look at our leaking toilet and fix it then we will gladly pay the 177

Had a garbage disposal leak. Called office to schedule a service appointment. Service Tech arrived a few hrs. later. Kevin was professional, courteous, and polite. He explained work that was done and left area spotless. Highly recommend Southtown for all of your plumbing needs. Thank You.

In response to the owners reply:::: You are lying. Or someone you work with is. There were never flames so I would have never said that. It was only sparks and no one ever contacted me NOR did anyone tell me to call the fire department. A simple accepting of responsibility and apology would go a long way. We had someone out there from a great company who fixed the problem with no issues this morning. No need to call the fire department.

Original post: This company deserves zero stars based on my experience. Called with an emergency electrical situation for a rental property of mine. Was told the electrician would be out. Called back another 2 times to confirm because we hadn’t heard anything in a while. We kept getting told that the electrician had been notified and would contacting us. Needless to say they no called / no showed. Will never try this company again.
