Seiter services provided excellent customer service right from the beginning. Our technician Bob diagnosed the problem quickly and explained the situation thoroughly. Hank offered us a variety of options for a new system. I highly recommend Seiter for your heating and cooling needs.

My hvac tech, Jim, inspected my two systems and recommended replacement for one system. Within days I had estimates, and within a week my system was replaced. I always request Jim, and he always does a nice job for me.
The installation team did a very professional and thorough job of installing my system. I spoke mostly with Jonathan. He did a nice job. The only catch came when he tried to get the new thermostat installed. Another team member was required to handle that. He (Chris) came out and did get the system up and running, but honestly, he never said a word to me, or introduced himself. Since the job went over by a couple of hours I think he could have at least apologized for the delay.

Hank handled the sale and follow up with professionally.

Other than the thermostat glitch, it was a good job on all counts so far.

Seiter Services did a great job installing my water heater. When there was a very slight problem (a small leak in a pipe), they sent someone over the next day. I've also used them electrical work and will continue use them in the future.

Almost 10 years ago we had Southtown heating/air install a geothermal system for us - they have since merged into Seiter Services. We have been SO HAPPY with our geothermal system, and with the exemplary service given us by Seiter. They are responsive, prompt, friendly, and professional. Couldn't ask for anything better! P.S. We have never regretted going geothermal, either!

Seiter's Services is the best- they are always professional, you get notified who and when the service techs are coming to your home. They are always professional and do a great job. I highly recommend Chris Seiter and his entire staff.

I cannot thank Dave at Seiter Services enough. A couple weeks ago during the cold weather, We were in a jam when our furnace went out Dave was able to get a new unit and installed by the end of the day. They will also installed in new central air. Not only did everything happen the same day, but we got a great price as well on a high-efficiency unit. The service contract price was unbeatable for the next several years even though we will likely not have any problems, I figured why take the chance. Thanks again Dave and team so much!
