Jerry and Brian replaced two gate valves with two ball valves and reworked some plumbing in the garage. They were very professional and did a great job!!!

This review is a little late, but the inspection from Mark at Seiter Services on Nov 11 was timely and professional. Since installation over 10 years ago, Mark and Seiter Services are the only folks I trust to inspect and service my HVAC system. Cold snaps like this remind me of the great work and reliability of Seiter Services.

They charged me well over $100 for a Kidde carbon monoxide detector that turned out to be defective. When I complained and requested a copy of my invoice - the sent me an invoice. Period. No mention of the defective item - which sells at most places for under $50!! The invoice had no breakdown of costs so is useless. I miss Southtown. This new ownership is useless.
