This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Ricky from Ed Rike Plumbing to replace the shower plumbing while remodeling my kids bathroom. From start to finish Ricky's professionalism and expertice impressed me. He arrived on time and demonstrated exceptional technical knowledge throughout the repair.
Eager to learn more about plumbing, Ricky was very inviting and allowed me to watch and ask questions throughout the entire process. He explained everything he was doing, completed the job efficiently, and left the work area clean.
I highly recommend Ed Rike Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs, and hopefully Ricky shows up at your door when you call. I'll definitely be reaching out for all of my future plumbing needs. Thanks for the great experience and great conversation!

This was by far one of the best experiences I've had with a company concerning home repairs. My hot water heater kicked the bucket two days ago. I called Ed Rike PH&A and Ricky, the technician, responded out. He was not only earlier than the stated time, but also extremely polite and proffesional. Any question we had Ricky answered immediately and in depth. And thexqualitybof his work is simply outstanding!!! A great representative for the company! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing repairs or installation!!!

The technicians were prompt, well-prepared, knowledgeable and eager to explain the process. There were no surprise-charges on the bill afterwards. The price they quoted the job at the beginning was the same price we were billed, which is better than some of their A/C competitors who advertise on TV. Our family is happy with Ed Rike.

Needed water heater replaced and was getting some pretty high quotes that included the replacement water heater. Decided on a Friday evening to go buy the water heater separate to try to save money. Contacted Ed Rike at a little past 5 PM on a Friday and they were able to have a tech there by about 7 PM that same evening. They DO NOT charge after hour and weekend rates which was great. The tech that completed the work was Elijah. He was fantastic and a great communicator. He was very patient, very diligent, and one of the most polite contractors I have ever come in contact with. Highly recommend Elijah, he did a great job!! We saved over $1,000 from what we were getting quoted by other plumbers by buying our own heater, and not having to pay for evening/weekend rates because we chose Ed Rike!

I highly recommend Ed Rike Plumbing. They were on time and repaired all of my needs. Elijah was courteous, helpful, and explained how to prevent these issues from happening again. I will definitely call Ed Rike Plumbing again when I have other issues.

Elijah was wonderful! He was nice and respectful and was able to fix our leaking toilet very quickly with parts he had on his truck. in and out in 30 mins. Great experience!
