Chris Luehrs & Kyle Hudson came yesterday to install my new kitchen sink and new faucet and change my reverse osmosis filters. I will say they both were very nice, very respectful, and did a great job.

Brian fixed the drains in bathtubs, fixed a faucet, checked a toilet, and checked the outside faucet connections to the hoses. He was pleasant, professional, and was very detailed. He answered all my questions and I highly recommend him to serve your property.

we called yesterday and were able to get appointment for today for Spring maintenance check. Technician Jim King was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough inspection and gave us some. Always a pleasure to do business with Seiter.

When I woke up this morning I found that my furnace was not running and I could not find the problem so I called Seiter Services, who is a top-rated Bryant dealer (according to Bryant's website). I was not an existing customer but they dispatched a technician (Mark) immediately to my house. He not only replaced the defective part but also looked into why the problem popped up in the first place and repaired that issue as well. Most other technician's would have fixed the main problem and left but I really appreciate Mark's dedication to finding the root cause of my furnace failure to make sure that same failure didn't happen again.

I am now a fan of Seiter Service and will be calling them back this year to install a humidifier.

I called Seiter out to cap a well line for me. Jerry came out and did a great job. Very courteous and answered all my questions. I would high recommend Seiter Services.

My furnace went out on Christmas Eve. Seiter Services came right out to fix the issue. They couldn't get parts that day, so they went all the way back to their shop in Moraine and brought back 2 space heaters to use until the Christmas Holiday was over. These kept my house warm and I was able to keep my Christmas Day celebration as planned. Once the supply houses re-opened, Bob drove down to specifically pick up my part and got my old furnace fixed and back up and running. Bob was great to work with and I'll recommend Seiter Services.

Bob C cleaned the blower housing and washed the inside of the cabinet. He then added a new air scrubber. Bob did an excellent job. He is very experienced and knowledgeable, was very easy to talk to and understand what he was doing and why.

Woke up to HVAC not working. Contacted Seiter Services. They had two techs at our house within a couple hours and had the system repaired before lunch. Techs were friendly, clean and knowledgeable. Thanks for the prompt service.
