Seiter Services went above and beyond from start to finish! Our AC went out during the first hot weekend of the year. Seiter was able to send someone out to service it, unfortunately we knew it was time to replace it as our old system was almost 30 years old! However, we didn’t want to commit without doing some shopping. Hank came in with the best price and the best customer service! He explained everything perfectly!

On to the install…Robbie, Josh, and Leyla were fantastic! We did run into a minor hiccup and ended up having to replace our water heater during the install! Chris & Richard, helped right away! I can’t thank this team enough! They were extremely professional throughout the entire process! They even gave my dog lots of rubs, which she loved!

Erica was also very helpful assisting with our loan.

I had an excellent experience with Seiter Services during a recent plumbing issue. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I especially want to commend their CSR, Theresa, for being so friendly and helpful. She made scheduling the appointment a breeze and kept me updated throughout the process. The plumber who came out was fantastic as well, identifying and fixing the problem quickly. I highly recommend Seiter Services for any plumbing needs and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I called them with an issue in the morning, they sent a tech out, Mark, who was available and there two hours earlier on the same day. He fixed the issue faster than I would have expected. He explained and detailed every step of what he was doing to fix the problem so I could better understand my own hvac unit, and he gave me a few detailed notes to help me prolong the units lifespan, and was incredibly friendly too.

Absolutely would use the service again, and would recommend it. Good business, good people.

Jerry came out to fix my leak. He was very professional and polite. My issues weren't with him but the owner and the bill. On the first day he came out and spent 22 minutes, stopping the leak and assessing the problem. He told me he didn't have all the parts in the van and would need to come back. The second day he came back he spent 33 minutes and finished the job. He charged me for 2 full hours plus the 110$ diagnostic fee. For a total of 330$ for less than 1 hour worth of work. When speaking with the owner who threatened me multiple times by telling me "you will pay this bill" and told me my 460$ bill for 1 hour of work was a deal and tried to tell me that a piece of pipe a shut off valve and an outdoor faucet was 700$ in parts, which isn't even close to believable even without the internet literally in the palm of my hand to check prices . The owner felt that since the plumber came out 2 days because the van wasn't properly stocked, I should have to pay for that. He also wanted to charge me for drive time. Overall I will not use this company again. If you do use it, I would suggest, if you're a single girl, to have someone else there with you because this company believes you're too stupid to check prices and call other plumbing companies to see how they normally charge.

Seiter always answers the phone! Their techs Brian P and Rick P. installed new equipment in a reasonable time with no mess to clean up. They were courteous and respectful.
We have used their services for 5 years with no problems.

Great service from Seiter. Our plumber, Chris Luehrs, successfully tackled a problem that other companies wouldn’t try. He even stayed late on a Friday to finish the job because he remembered me mentioning a few days earlier that we weren’t going to be available for a couple of weeks and he knew we wanted to get it done. Very nice person. We will definitely be using Seiter for all of our repairs.

One of the best companies to deal with! From the time they answer my call (I spoke with Theresa, lovely lady!) to the time the technician leaves(thank you Billy!!), I always feel very well taken care of.

I have used Seiter Services for what seems like thousands of repairs. An old home will do that! I have dealt with other companies in the area and have felt like just some other guy with a checkbook. Seiter's techs and sales people have been different. I have never felt pressured to make a repair or purchase a system I didn't need. I knew the prices of repairs and equipment as they were being made, not given sticker shock at the end.

Mike did a fine job of routine summer cooling system check up, as usual. In addition he helped me understand how the humidifier works, and understand an issue I was having with it. Now that I understand the source of the issue I know how to watch for "the signs" which have to do with residue from hard water. So, now I am able to catch the issue before it becomes a problem. A big help. Thanks.

Met with Hank initially and he gave me a good list of options to replace my existing older HVAC. He did a great job in expanding the differences between all of the models. After selecting the unit I wanted Bob and Robbie came to do the install a couple of weeks later. They did a phenomenal job on the install and I couldn’t be happier!! They were fast, efficient, and answered all of the questions I had. Highly recommend Seiter!
