The Waterworks

Jose was amazing! Midnight and our basement was flooding from a blocked main drain. Jose showed up after a very long day and quickly assessed our issue. He had to snake several drains and never complained even when he didn’t finish until almost 3am!!

These guys are great!. Fast friendly efficient. They replaced a rusty pipe under my sink and through my wall oh, they installed a toilet, they installed a bathroom sink, and cabinet under that oh, they installed a water line to my new fridge, and fix my outside hose faucet. Great great company great guys. Definitely would use again. Great prices. Better than others.

I am so happy with the service that I received from water works. Nick came and put in a new hot water heater in no time and done a great job. Nick and his helper were amazing.thank you so much guys and a big thank you to water works as well for having awsome employees.

There is no customer loyalty to this company (20 year customer). Had a sewage backup yesterday and we called at 4 and were turned away. They couldnt be out for 2 days with no offer of 24/7 service. We went with another company because of this and they got us in the next morning for first call. I wouldnt recommend waterworks to my worst enemy.

I had a great experience with The Waterworks. They repaired a pipe on my boiler system at my house. Excellent service, very quick and efficient. The tech was very professional and had good follow up. He gave me a call afterwards to recap everything with the system. “The Chick- fil- a level of service for plumbing” will definitely use them for my future needs. Nice job Jason and Robert.

Water heater was intermittently going out so i scheduled a service appointment. Minimum wait time was 3 days. During that time, the heater comes back on. I keep my appointment and describe the problem to the tech when he comes out. Although the problem was very specific about how the pilot light and burners were cycling on and immediately shutting off, he said there was nothing he could do since it was working, but he'd come back if it failed again (of course it would) and he'd waive the service fee, which i already paid.

As predicted, the hot water heater goes out again and I call in. The receptionist tells me i'll need to make an appointment, which of course is another 3 days. I ask her to put my message through to the tech who said he'd come back, but i never heard anything. After another day, the hot water heater comes back on.

Fast forward several days and it goes out again. Do i want to deal with another 3 day wait only for it to come back on again? I called another company with same day service who was out within 3 hours. The service tech called the technical support line for the manufacturer of my heater and described the problem (as I did to the waterworks tech). Technical support provided 2 - 3 reasons why the problem was occurring and after some internal cleaning, the burners stayed lit. Seems to be problem solved.

Ryan dad an amazing job at moving drain and water lines for a bath remodel. He was timely, polite, neat and the finished product left me impressed. Great value and no concerns for shorty work with this group. Top notch!

Had to call 911 for co poison on Saturday. Called WW on Mon morning. They returned my call in less then 10 minutes. Repair man was at my house in an hour or less. Work was complete with true knowledgeable hvac man. 1.5hrs total. Thank you. Please use them for your services.

Brad did a great job, knew what he was doing. Very professional attitude along with a friendly smile. Very pleased with The Waterworks in general and with Brad personally.

Jose came out to work on my drain for my sump pump. I was on the road so I left a message for him to call me when he got there so that we could discuss the issues since I thought I knew where the problem was. He listened carefully and checked everything that we thought was the issue. Since we knew we had more work to do he mark the spots for future reference and left everything neat and clean. We will have them back to take care of our final solution which is replacing a crushed drain pipe.

He is excellent.
