The Waterworks

Sunday morning, noticed standing water in finished basement- appeared to be rising. Waterworks had someone out within the hour. Mike Perry was awesome- located the issue, explained and walked me through. He was thorough and double checked that it was the only issue. Apparently roots has grown into sump pump and killed it. Ice melts had water backed up. He cleaned out and replaced the system and even cleared the residual standing water and all was great. Mike was outstanding!!

Excellent experience with Waterworks. First time customer changing services. They were quick to schedule a small job for me to move a gas line. Very kind and professional, clear about the work involved and great troubleshooters to get an ideal outcome for us. Great stuff.

Honest and hardworking. Much better than the previous plumbing company we hired, who seemed to be more skilled in "up-selling" rather than plumbing. Mike from Waterworks got busy and fixed our problem right away, no fuss. Waterworks will definitely be my first call in the future.

Hot water tank went bad and needed it replaced ASAP. Called The Waterworks on a personal family recommendation and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Got a hold of someone right away who got me scheduled for the following day at noon. Got a call around 11am the following day from dispatch stating that the tech could come earlier then noon - awesome! Tech was professional and worked quickly and took time to even explain what happened and why. Got a new tank installed quickly and made it a point to clean up which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend if you are looking for dependable quality service at a fair price!

Second time in 3 weeks that Waterworks did work for us. Both times the work was done quickly by a very polite, friendly plumber. One never wants to spend that much money but one it was necessary and two, Adam, Paul was great.

Called them on New Year's Day on a bad sump pump. Asked the technician to replace the sump pump that I bought myself. He gave me a quote of $300 on top of the $190 emergency call charge, which really caught me off guard. I tried to negotiate with him. He said no and left promptly. So it turned out to be a quick and easy $190 for him. Are all of these plumbers this type of shameless person? They are already charging a lot and still shamelessly avoid the hard work with whatever the excuse they can get. Bad technician, bad company!

Arthur is fantastic. So professional and did a great job. Showed up after hours as quick as can be. Will be requesting Arthur to do some other things in the house. Top notch plumber!

Arthur diagnosed the problem quite quickly and identified what needed to be done and what needed to be ordered. Returned around estimated time. Volunteered solution to another issue. Efficient - reliable — knowledgeable. Would hire him and Waterworks again .. Pete S

Ryan was amazing! Our water heater was less than 5-years old and he identified a Manufacturer defect. Rather than sell me a new water heater, he called the manufacturer, filed a warranty claim, and secured a replacement unit at no cost. Then, Ryan took out the broken unit, returned it to Lowe's, picked up the warranty replacement, returned to my home and installed it. He was fast, resourceful, professional, and able to complete everything before noon. I would highly recommend The Waterworks!

We've used Waterworks for years, and are very happy with them. We always ask for Mike S., because he's courteous, prompt, knows his stuff, and communicates the problem and solutions with us. They're not the cheapest plumbing service in town, but they're worth the money, because they're so reliable. I know that when Mike fixes something I won't have to worry about leaks.
