The Waterworks

Very unprofessional. We had a pipe burst in the basement it was called in around 2 pm as an emergency, we were told they would be out in a couple hours. At 6 pm we followed up for an ETA because we needed to pick our dog up, service person called and said it would once again be a few more hours and he would call when he was on the way to the job. Stayed up until midnight with no call and no update. Call back the next morning and are told the job was marked “completed” at 9:00. The service tech never came to our house and never called to give us any updates. They then told us they were unable to get anyone out until the following day. We went with a different company. We understand that it can take time to go between jobs but to lie about the completion of a job classified as an emergency is unacceptable.

Collin did a fantastic job detecting the source of a water leak in our plumbing. It was a challenging repair. Collin is very knowledgeable and his depth of experience was very apparent. He was also a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend Collin to friends and family for their plumbing needs.

John Davis at The Waterworks is a saint!! We just moved into our new home and found an intense list of problems that our home inspector didn't catch. The previous owners/flippers did almost nothing properly. He showed up on time, was extremely helpful and professional, fixed EVERYTHING and even found some new problems and took care of them on the spot. I am incredibly thankful that he understood the assignment of helping us fix what we could without breaking our wallets and I will definitely be using the waterworks for any of our future plumbing needs.

Called to fix slow drain in kitchen sink. Price seemed fair, but more importantly, they were available to come out same day. Technician was knowledgable and fixed the issue quickly.

Cornell was great. He saved us from a flood due to a backed up toilet. He told us the real issue was how the pipes were installed, at a 90 degree angle, which we need to fix to avoid issues in the future.

Appreciated his professionalism and effort to tell us how to fix the problem once and for all.

Woke up at 1 am to a flooded basement. Sump pump failure. Nightmare! Called 10+ places in the area with 24/7 emergency response, and only waterworks came to the rescue. Ivan came within 15 minutes, replaced the pump, and helped me clear the water. Wonderful service. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Evan was outstanding!!! Cant say enough, not only did he show up promptly , he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made my decisions so much easier. He was able to replace the sump pump in no time. Definitely would recommend this company.
