They should do case studies for businesses based on all of you! Please know and tell everyone involved how grateful I am that you all went the extra 100 miles today to create the best solution for me. Cody called ahead of appointment time. Earlier then expected due to the window time given by Sears Heating & Cooling gave us. Arrived and went right to work. Excellent service Cody provided. Gave us a review of the service he provided and one item he found need repaired and the understanding why it was so needed. Also recommendation for future needs or up grades. Cody is great at his profession and provides insight and understanding. He is a kind and welcoming person.

Sears Heating & Cooling continually provides great service! The previous homeowners had been using them for years, and now we have for the past 3 years (and counting) as well - the work is always done timely, consistently, and correctly. Wally is the kindest soul and always goes above and beyond in professionalism, friendliness, and workmanship! He takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions. He is genuine in recommending products/updates etc. and he is never pushy, which is so appreciated. I highly recommend Sears H&C.

I came home recently to a broken AC. Called Sears around 4:45 after highly recommended by my best friend. The person on the phone said they could have someone out that same night to check out my issue. I was shocked because I've heard horror stories of the other "Big" companies being 10-14 days out so i was initially nervous because I have a 6 year old kid and didn't want her to suffer through this heat. My tech was Wally and he came around 7ish the same night. Wally is the most professional, down to earth and nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was honest from the get go and I never ever had the sense that he was trying to rip me off or upsell me on anything that I didn't need. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue as fast as he could because he knew that I had my kiddo the very next day and made sure I was set. After doing his evaluation he realized I needed a part that he couldn't get that night but promised he would have it first thing the next day and would accommodate my schedule and meet me as soon as I got home the next day. Today he showed up like he said he would and fixed my AC and has it running even better before after he kindly changed my filter too.It's very rare you are treated with this kind of customer service anywhere. I'm not the least surprised why this company and their service people come so highly recommended! Wally wouldn't even take my Tip money because he said " I would rather have you as a repeat customer and happy " I will never use another service other than Sears heating and Cooling and I can't praise them enough about them to anyone that has HVAC, AC, Heating issues. THANK YOU WALLY FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP. YOU'RE THE BEST! Do yourself a favor and dont get ripped off by these so called big companies like Atlas butler etc etc. Sears H&C is hands down the best.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Sears. Heating & Cooling. Jamie who give me my initial estimate was very patient & knowledgeable, and never tried me into using SHC. As a matter of fact, SHC get me my first estimate and I totally forgot about it until a friend told me to check out SHC. I will highly recommend SHC to anyone I come in contact with who s looking for HVAC service. A very pleased customer.
