Sears H& C installed a new AC unit last summer and Jamie Schwerling explained they have a yearly service contract to check the furnace. Today, Joel Thompson provided that maintenance service on the furnace. He called ahead and was on time and ready to go with shoe covers when I opened the door. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and why. He made several improvements to my system quickly, cleanly, and with concern for safety first. What more could you ask? The cost was also reasonable and well worth every penny. Highly recommended!

My furnace broke last Thursday night, and Sears came out the following day to fix it. I decided to purchase a new furnace because mine was 30 (!) years old, and Sears came back the following Monday and installed a new furnace.

Joel did an awesome job! He is kind and very knowledgeable. He repaired my furnace quickly. Sears is a trustworthy company, they fixed and cleaned my furnace at a very affordable price. I was told by a different company that my 8 year old furnace was going out and that it would cost me almost $1300 to repair in addition to the148.50 service call fee I'd already paid. I called Sears to get a second estimate and they came out and found there was some debris in my air intake pipe. Since the pipe was permanently attached to the furnace, Joel did a quick fix and switched out the pipe so I can remove any debris in the future myself. Now my furnace is running great. I'm so grateful and I've signed up for there annual service club. Sears is wonderful and Joel did a great job! Thank you so much!
