Ramon was professional and the service was excellent! We had our furnace repaired in no time.

Ramon was very thorough and quickly identified the issue with our system. He recommended several options to repair and was able to fix it during the same visit. Sears Heating and Cooling has provided us great service for over 20 years.

We worked with SHC on a new AC and furnace. Installers Jerry and Brian were great. They were on time, professional, and efficient. At the end they walked us through all the equipment, new filter, thermostat, etc. Jamie did the initial inspection and went over all the products. They offered 60month financing where other companies did not. This was a great offer considering we needed both units replaced. We couldn’t be happier with SHC from the initial call, to the inspection, getting a timely install date, then the actual install day.

Furnace failed and we needed troubleshooting. Service associate arrived in a timely fashion, was pleasant and friendly. He arrived on time and got right to work and did a nice job!

we had Sears Heating And cooling come to replace our hot water tank that was leaking. Robbie came promptly figured out what the problem was and then to ours had installed an entirely new hot water tank. We are very impressed as it as always with the service that Sears Heating And cooling has given us over the last eight years. Thank you for helping us out.

Our man Joel was out for our spring a/c tune up, and once again, I got a great education from him on how best to maintain our system, and how to watch for reduced performance or failing parts. Still incredibly pleased with the service and support from him and all of SHC. Best in the business!

Update Sep, 2020:

Have to update my last review with a more current one, because Joel T. has earned it. As part of our annual fall maintenance visit, Joel took the time to share info with me on a new add-on that, amongst other features, helps kill airborne viruses (think "COVID"!), as well as pointing out several areas in my ductwork that were leaking, thus costing us efficiency and $. This was our second visit from him, and he already feels like family. Truly, truly appreciate the quality of the people that make up SH&C. Call them; they are great!

We have been customers of SH&C for nearly 15 years and, now, two houses. Over that time, we have had regular service, emergency repairs and two sales calls with them, and have only seen three individuals! There is so much to be said for the knowledge and personal service that comes with that kind of long-term, consistent, local team. It was great to see Ramon's smiling face coming up the walk to my new house when I called for an inspection and service. It made the new place feel that much more like "home", and I was able to relax, knowing our system was in such good hands. Great, honest and timely service at very reasonable prices. This company has more than earned my repeat business.

Our AC went out so I called Sears. I appreciate that they are open 24/7. A person answered the phone very quickly (no machine) and set me up with an appointment for the same day. I also signed up for the maintenance program to hopefully prevent this issue from coming up again. They were kind and professional throughout the call. The technician, Robby, was on time and professional, replaced the faulty part, and tested to make sure the unit was working properly. Overall great experience!

Had to have a new furnace installed and they came right out and gave us an estimate and got us on the schedule right away. On the day of installation Joe showed up right on time and explained everything that he was going to do and was very professional the entire day. He was very fast and was cleaned up and gone in less than 7hrs when we was told it could take 10ths.
