Apex was out 2 days prior and completed the same service but they never opened the coil inside nor out. The photos below are from when Brandon first opened my unit. My ac is now running better and cutting on and off much less than it did prior to his arrival. Brandon did a great job and was very professional. we signed up for trueNorths service plan because of Brandon’s interactions with me and the plans cost vs benefits.

Wayne was my technician today. Very professional and knowledgeable. Went over inspection of everything on my AC system that he found and luckily was a quick easy fix that he did while he was here and AC has been working fine all day since he came out this morning. Recommend the business who got me on schedule quick and Wayne for his expertise.

DUSTIN!! Was the best he helped me out so much I love true north. If you guys get Dustin he’s gonna make sure you’re well taken care of! Dispatcher Casey also helped us out very much! I’m very thankful for them two.

Sam was very nice and very knowledgeable at what he was doing. we was very pleased with Sam. Our electric took a power surge due to a storm we had glad to have it fixed

Jamie helped answer questions I hadn't thought of regarding my electric update. His knowledge and genuine willingness to be very clear about what I needed helped ease my concerns. David Littleton and Nick Snider helped with the install and had things completed as scheduled. Haley from Dispatch has been a true treasure in answering a lot of my random questions and concerns. She prompt with answers and solutions.

I requested an estimate for electric wiring, tankless water heater, whole house generator and mini-split heating/cooling system for new house under construction. The technicians, Chris and Brandon, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful walking us through the process. I am very pleased.

Eddie Jacks came and gave us a free estimate on the removal of our solar panels and equipment and possible re-installation at our new house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The dispatchers are very efficient and attentive, keeping me informed from the initial contact through the meeting with Mr Jack's. So far, so good!
