I recently had Kyle and Troy from True North Heating and Cooling Company at my house to install a new heating and cooling unit, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service they provided. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the product they were installing.

Not only did they complete the installation quickly and efficiently, but they also took the time to explain the new system to me in detail and answer any questions I had. It's clear that they both take pride in their work and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Overall, I had an excellent experience with Kyle and Troy, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC installation or repair. Their exceptional workmanship and customer service are a credit to True North, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Tim at TrueNorth was quick and efficient. Our drain was very badly clogged and he was able to diagnose the issue and unclog the tub drain in a matter of minutes.

Brandon was just here to help fix my AC unit, I was informed about the issue and the fix required would not last. Brandon showed me the problem and then he gave me more cost effective options to remedy the problem, and was not pushy salesman

Heat was out for days got connected with true north they sent a technician name Dustin he was great found the problem quickly gave a upfront quote that was fair and affordable did the work quickly and cleanly was very professional and polite thank you Dustin.

Brandon showed up when he said he would and was polite and courteous. He came for the annual inspection of my air conditioning system and everything was in working or as it should be so there were no issues to address. i’m very satisfied with the service.

First of all, they called me at the last min. to tell me they couldn't come. Had to wait another week after I had already taken a day off work, thinking they were coming. So the next week they came but not until dinner time. It was 6p.m. I thought the gentleman who came was very nice and polite, but they didn't set a good example for a new customer.

I called to get a diagnosis on an electrical issue I was having with the home I recently purchased. Right away I had a friendly and informative conversation with the woman who answered the phone and she made me an appointment quick and easy. The technician Jonathan came by and was quickly able to find my issue and give me multiple options to fix it. Jonathan was very polite and knowledgeable. He also recommended my panel be replaced as it was around 30-60 years old. This being a costly repair he took some time to put together a lot of options that were reasonably priced and he was not pushy with his pitch at all. I was not able to get the panel at this time having so many other projects going with the new home but I had a great experience with this business and will recommend them to everyone.

Matthew did an incredible job removing and replacing our breaker box for our electric. He had a huge job of old wires and a breaker box that has done it job for over 50 years . I was impressed with his dedication to the repair and finishing it in a timely manner.

Our technician Matthew was great. The company was very responsive and got the project done quickly. I have had True North do a couple jobs and I would recommend them if you need someone to actually be responsive and call you back promptly, unlike other electricians who you call and never get a calll back.

First, Autumn was outstanding and a pleasure to speak to. She was able to get someone to come out same day so I wouldn't miss March Madness. Eddie came out to take a look and was quick, courteous and able to fix the issue quickly and made some recommendations. They were both great and I appreciate them both. Highly recommend them both.
