He was late, unsociable, and I have my hot water shut off because it's dripping water non stop. Have to have another plumber fix his work, if you want to call it that. He bought the cheapest fixtures you can buy. I felt the water on the fixture and called him to come back. He chuckled and said, that's just the water dripping from the top, I sprayed inside there. Never mentioned this or attempted to wipe off water. NEVER would recommend, that's for sure.

My furnace was out when I got up this morning. True north took my call and had a technician out in a little over an hour. I could track him by GPS when he was on the way ! He arrived and was very nice and professional. He was able to figure out the problem with my furnace quickly and had the part on hand. He had my furnace repaired in about 30 minutes. Nothing bad to say about True North 👍🏾

Wayne was great technician. He diagnosed the problem right away and was very helpful. Definitely recommend!

True North has been absolutely amazing. I've been communicating with Haley and Autumn to schedule my appointments and I needed to reschedule a few times. They have been great about getting back to me and helping me out. Donato was very helpful as well. I will definitely use them again!

After a different HVAC company installed a new furnace in November they apparently failed to run the thermostat wires to the AC unit so that once the weather got warmer we’d be able to run our air. Brandon and Braden came out today and figured out all the problems, ran the correct wires and the AC unit is up and running blowing ice cold air! I couldn’t thank them enough, we definitely will continue to use True North and recommend them to others

Chris was very professional and nice. He walked me through everything and fixed any issue that came up during the process. If I ever need true north’s help again I would prefer to have Chris do it!

Eddie did a great job of helping us get our power back on after rain water got in to our electrical panel. It was a busy day for him and his crew, but he made us a priority and we really appreciate his time and effort.

Solid company. But, quite a bit of confusion about what the job was between the person who quoted me and the girl who came and did the work. I Hired True North to add relocate/add space in my breaker box to enable 240v and a piggybacked 115v (that was existing) running down to my pond. They added a circuit with a turn off switch to enable the 240v but, said they couldn’t add a 115v. Told me I would have to contract for that to be done separately but, yet, my price for the impartial job was the same as the full job that included the 115v. A bumpy experience

I called to have our heater looked at. Within 15 minutes I received a call back stating the technician was 6 minutes away!
Dustin was very kind and explained everything he was doing. Great service!! Would highly recommend!
