True North completed an electrical project for us, running electric out to our new patio/gazebo. They were timely, professional, and communicated very well. We were thrilled with the professionalism and skill Matthew provided us and will absolutely use them again for future projects.

I own a duplex, so they did spring update to my tenants side and actually had to replace to outside electric source for my side. Everyone was shocked that's all it took. (29 yr old system) And it's been running perfect since. I would highly recommend!!

Brandon Conrad arrived at the specified time. Mr. Conrad was polite, personable and very professional. He gave us an honest opinion of our system's condition.
And... Best of all. Our dogs liked him. I will certainly recommend True North, and especially Mr. Conrad.

Outstanding customer service provided by Chris Westenbarger. Very knowledgeable of my electrical need and thoroughly explained the steps on solving the issue. The replacement estimates were very helpful and there were multiple to decide on. When I need the service of True North again, I will be requesting Chris as my service technician.

Kaleb was here for a day and half replacing an electric panel, labeling the breakers, fixing where the water that was coming in through my electric meter, replacing a dryer outlet and figuring out why a hall light wouldn't work, which led to replacing said light and two light switches. He was very professional, cleaned everything up and let me know whenever the power may go out. They were able to get to the work very quickly and I am very satisfied with all of the work that was done.

Tim is exceptional. Thorough and courteous. He represents the company well, communicates what he observes clearly along with possible repairs. Gave an on site repair estimate and timing for repair. Would use the company again.

The technicians showed up in a very Timely manner. They had sent a text ahead of time confirming there soon arrival. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. On this visit however they were unable to finish the initial startup of our system due to no fault of their own. Very good team work was noted. Would highly recommend True North to anyone for their heating air conditioning.

True north sent electrician Sam over and he was on time, provided great service, and lots of useful advice. As a new homeowner, I felt like I was in great hands and am very grateful to have found this company. They truly care about their customers. I'll definitely be returning in the future for other home checkups/updates I'll need.

Kelly and Sam were at our house today and were amazing! Extremely professional and friendly! Even taught me a few things about installation so I have a better idea of how things work. Will definitely use this business again and hope to see both these gentlemen in the future!
