3/21/23 Joe tended to all the cleaning and maintenance for the furnace and hot water tank. He thoroughly cleaned the systems, was professional, timely and caring. Love to have him on all calls. Later, I spoke with Andrew and Patty with customer service who set me up with an affordable home care plan and free estimates for home plumbing projects. Jeff and the service team were responsive and thoughtful to all my needs.

After receiving quotes from multiple businesses, we chose Verne & Ellsworth Hann to replace our 60 year old boiler. Their team did an excellent job installing our new boiler - they were very kind, courteous, and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and explain the new setup. All communication before, during, and after installation was clear and responsive.

You did not ask about how to improve service but there was no "we are on the way" text. It was not a problem but you used to do that and it is an appreciated help.

The team of John, Bryan, and Keith were amazing. On time every day, clean, professional, courteous, kind, and considerate. Installing AC in an old Shaker house is no easy feat, but these guys did it. They found ways to route ducts that cost us minimal closet space. They kept us up to date along the way, sought our input, and were genuinely excited to get our AC installed. Our 100 year old house is finally cool. We cannot recommend them enough.

I had a pipe burst in my basement. The reps who answer the phone in the office we very helpful and kind. I was anxious and they made me feel at ease. The technicians were kind and patient and informative. Overall a wonderful experience!
