Herb's Plumbing and Heating

Herb is great. He replaced our gas water heater tank in about less than an hour during a snowstorm and also took care of a leak under our kitchen sink without charge.

Able to work with my schedule. Showed up on time. Very fast installation (30 minutes.) Removed packaging. Friendly installation team.

Herb's did a great job; fixed sink, adjusted toilet for water savings and without asking checked tub. Great service - great price - outstanding.

Was quoted $750 to replace a section of my main stack which I felt was reasonable. They got done faster than expected and only charged $580. Great, honest service. Highly recommend these guys.

Herb, the owner, was the one that made our house call along with a newer staff member, Brandon. I could overhear them speaking to each other. I was very pleased with how Herb was instructing and guiding Brandon, Herb was very respectful.

If I need a plumber again, I'll be calling them.

Herb is outstanding and prices fairly. Very knowledgeable.

Outrageous pricing. He was at my home for a total of 45 minutes, used no supplies and charged me $200. I believe his hourly
rate was something like $125 and there was a $69 "call out fee". This type of price gouging is unfair to the consumer and entirely
unrealistic. There are plenty of other more affordable options out there.
