V&E was great, they came out promptly when we needed a new furnace, gave us several options for furnaces that would fill our needs, and installed the new one quickly. Would highly recommend!

I mean, I cannot even tell you how grateful we are for VEH. They replaced our HVAC / Air Cond systems a few years ago and were wonderful. When we found water in our basement, we gave them a call and again, they exceeded our expectations. They came right away, they communicated the whole way through, they fixed the issue... And when a second issue popped up just before we were leaving for out of town, they stepped in and helped us again. I really find this company to be a gem. Derek was a superb technician who quickly diagnosed and repaired my air conditioning issue and then helped me replace items moved during the repair - even helping me re-hang a painting. Above and beyond!

Phenomenal experience! Not only were they able to get out to perform a service call on the same day, but the process was quick, painless, and well communicated. Gilbert was a very knowledgeable technician and gave great advice for future maintenance as well. Had a clogged HVAC drain before the call, no issues and running better than before two days later. Prices were extremely fair. Would highly recommend and will be using their services again!

Verne & Ellsworth Hann was very responsive when I found myself without heat on a recent, cold, winter morning. A technician arrive about 11 AM and was able to find and rectify the problem. He also left me with information I'll need to make decisions about replacing some of the components in the boiler system. I find the company and its people to be knowledgeable and reliable.

Ray and sidekick Wendall arrived on time ; prompt & very courteous. Proceeded to walk me through the whole process of evaluating my heating system in detail and communicated on a level I could understand. I was very appreciative of their insight and their assessment of my system. I will be switching from another contractor come spring for the semi annual maintenance program
