Excellent experience! Pictures before and after. Boiler in bad shape too old to replace. Bill gave me the real facts concerning my old Boiler told me what needed to be done. Bill's team did a great job. Bill and Todd technicians treated our home with kid gloves. I highly recommend!!!. 120 years in business and 4 generations. Hands down I will call them if I need them again. Very professional and personable!

Joe S did the annual tune up of my heating system today. He was polite, cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He answered all of my questions and gave me tips on getting the results I wanted for heating including some tips on the thermostat. He is a 5 star technician!

Called these guys after dealing with another hvac company that didn't' specialize in steam heat and was given incorrect information. I wish I could have called here first. The techs here know these systems inside and out and were able to answer all my questions and explain to me any maintenance I need to do to my system. They also did a tune up for my boiler just before a massive snowstorm came in and my radiators never ran better. Both times I've had someone come out they were very punctual. I appreciate all the work you've done for me!

While we went with another bid I thought these guys were terrific. They came out right away - my tenants had used them before for repairs - assessed the situation, showed them how to stay safe with space heaters and prepared a very thorough and fair bid to replace the furnace. I would have gone with them but for the fact that my contractor of more than 10 years asked me to go with his guy and I wanted to be loyal to what has been a very good relationship.

I ran into Kevin on another job and got to talking about adding ac to my house and he was quick and very responsive to my question and getting me a quote and installing ac was quick as well! Very happy with Kevin and all the guys doing the install at this company!!

I discovered that my heat exchangers were failing on my ~20 year old boiler. Bill Hahn worked with me and gave me an offer for a new boiler and hot water heater I could not refuse. On the days of installation, Bill R., Adam, and Graham arrived promptly and were wonderful. Updates were communicated regularly, and all of them took their time going over my new setup, going over troubleshooting concerns, and even labeling all of the valves. I hope to enjoy this system for many many years to come. Highly recommend V&E.

We had a member of Hann come out on one day's notice to give us a second bid for replacing our furnace. Kevin was easy to work with, gave us a better quote, and arranged to have the furnace put in three days later. The crew that came to our apartment, Jacob, Andrew and Mandel, were efficient, professional, and just noce guys! Whole job done in one day and we are ready for the winter. Great experience!

Thomas and Mike did an excellent job fixing a plumbing leak, installing new PVC, and snaking a slow drain. They were very thorough and meticulous in making sure the problem was fixed to my satisfaction.

I had a new AC and heat pump installed last week. This company is top notch. Starting with Kevin Krejci, project manager, and following with installers Greg, Shawn and Shawn, - all deserve a highest mark for diligence, great quality, exceptional customer service and tidiness. Kevin worked with me to have the option that suited me, always called me back when i had questions. Greg, Shawn and Shawn were always on time, were great at explaining stuff clearly, always listened, were exceptionally friendly and cordial. It was such a pleasure having this company over. They also impressed my neighbor as they had to work at her basement to replace the ducts from my indoor unit to the outside. I wish there were more companies like Verne and Ellsworth Hann!
