I contacted Verne & Ellsworth to help with a safety inspection for a potential home purchase. Andrew was AMAZING and understood the time constraints of buying a home. He helped to coordinate having Jay come out the next day. Jay was professional, exceptionally knowledgeable and very detailed oriented in evaluating a complicated historic home. The customer service from this company was top notch and we look forward to working with them after the sale of this home!

Verne & Ellsworth Hann did a great job installing a new boiler for me last year. Joe S. was here today for the annual maintenance. He was exactly on time, very friendly and most importantly so knowledgeable. He helped me adjust my third floor radiators and caught a leak I had not noticed in another radiator. He explained how the vents work to help me manage my system to meet my needs. I highly recommend Joe S. and the rest of the team.

They were prompt and able to get my furnace running, however I felt they were very expensive. The tech was in my house about 30 minutes and installed a $20 part. Total bill was just over $400. I know costs have risen but this seemed extreme to me.

We replaced our furnace/AC, updated our thermostat and replaced our water heater. It was an overall fantastic experience with Barry and Jayson; they showed up exactly when they said they would, worked steadily through both days, made sure we knew where they were on the installation frequently, cleaned upat the end of each day and at the end of the install and throughout were always polite and cheerful. This is the company you want if you want a professional job done right.

Pleasant, prompt and professional. Matt, Bill, Adam, Keith and assorted others worked efficiently to take out my ancient boiler and install the new one. All questions answered. Will definitely recommend.

Now I am several months into this install. We have had 2 service calls so far to be sure everything is working well. I won't go into what a "skim" is, but this company has been great. Adam came today to do our second skim. I love to learn new things, and he clearly knew what he was doing and didn't mind explaining the procedure, what each piece of equipment was for, and was generally helpful. Such a pleasure to work with a company that stands by their work, and also employs quality workmen. Way to go, Adam! Hoping the company gives you a gold star. You earned it.

Bill R, Matt, Adam, Joe C and Graham were very nice guys. Worked well cleaned up pretty well afterwards and were always ready to answer any questions we had. Boiler is in, thermostat hooked up, app to run thermostats on our phones all working very well.

Hann installed central air in our nearly 100-year old home and did such a good job. They were communicative, prompt, and professional... and worked very hard to get the job done when they said it would be done. Would recommend them without hesitation.
