I used VEH to replace the boiler in my home. Bill (the owner) was extremely helpful and professional. The installation went very smoothly and all the workers were friendly and prompt. The work was quality craftsmanship and they addressed every issue I had. I have used them for other plumbing jobs since and would recommend VEH to anyone. I will definitely be using them again for any work that I need done in the future.

We had a pleasant experience with Verne and Ellsworth Hann inc. Right from start getting estimates from Ron .. Ron updated us every step of the process approving credit to find a suitable date for installation . And then Barry and Jayson .. true professionals… they did absolutely wonderful work on heating and A/C installations . They were on time .. and explained us all the news additions and changes.

I can’t say enough about these guys! My furnace was essentially totaled right as the temperatures started to drop this year. They sent out a tech who spent a very long time troubleshooting to make sure I understand what was going on with my 22 year old furnace. From there they short listed me for a new furnace and A/C with their job pipeline already overflowing.

The bottom line is that customer service is important to this team. They always go above and beyond. I won’t use anyone else.

Our boiler system is fairly old and starting to show its age. Sean not only provided much needed maintenance, but also a thorough assessment of our options for repairing/replacing our system in the near future. He also walked me through maintaining the boiler ourselves in between maintenance/repair visits. Helpful for both the short term and the long term. We'll definitely be reaching out again for future heating maintenance and repair needs.

When our central air went out a few weeks ago, we needed to find someone to come in and get our system back up and running or replaced as soon as possible. We had received a quote from another reputable company but I always like to get a second opinion before dishing out a lot of money. Verne Ellsworth & Hann Inc. sent someone to our house within days of my husband calling them. They confirmed what we thought and they worked with us on getting our air conditioning and heating replaced as quickly as possible. Jake and Kyle introduced themselves when they arrived and and they did a wonderful job at keeping things neat and tidy as they got work done. They explained to me each day what they were going to be working on and what was going to be completed by the end of that day. I thought it was going to take longer than what it did tearing out that old Williamson Five in One system and then bringing in the new equipment. Turns out, this company was the one who originally installed our old system! Knowing this and the work they just finished for us gives me confidence to refer anyone to this business.

Furnace stopped working; extreme cold spell expected. Requested service online Sunday evening; received a phone call first thing Monday morning; service person arrived later than morning. Diagnosed issue, drove to get part, came back in an hour and installed it. All working now. Excellent service.
