The crew installed a new furnace, AC, and water heater as well as fixing/replacing the plumbing involved etc. They were friendly and professional, I highly recommend this company.

My father in law has been using Verne & Ellsworth for over 35 years and trusts them, so when it was time to replace our aging HVAC system, it was an easy decision about who to call. Jake and Andrew came out to our home and spent 2 days removing our old equipment and replacing our system. They laid down floor coverings and were neat, respectful, on time, professional and very friendly. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. After they completed the job, the Pepper Pike Inspector came to look at the work and said "these guys know exactly what they're doing and it's always top notch work - they never cut corners." That's just what a home owner wants to hear!

Over the Christmas holiday we had a severe flood in our basement that took out both the boiler and hot water heater. VEH took care of the problem immediately. Could not be happier. great crew.

The tech tech was very professional. He was able to come a day early for the furnace tune-up. He explained a repair we needed. He had the part in his truck, so we had it done to save a wintertime service call. He also serviced our whole house humidifier. The tech explained every step in the process. Great value for the money.

I live on the second floor of a condo and had an AC issue where the wiring to my roof condenser unit (3 floors above me) didn’t turn on because a kitchen remodeler ripped the wiring out between my thermostat, air handler and roof unit. I didn’t know it until the cooling season started and the kitchen was already remodeled. Verne & Ellsworth Hann was able to figure out a work-around that didn’t require a costly demo to get into the area where the wires were ripped out. The company employees and technicians put their heads together and Ray and Allan, the technicians, installed a wireless transmitter that “talked” to all the units. . . The roof unit, the condo unit and the thermostat! I had AC again and was so relieved I didn’t have to tear out ceilings, trace wires, etc. I’m happy with the work performed and highly recommend Verne & Ellsworth Hann. They saved the day!

Our furnace went out and I called them. They were great about scheduling a service call quickly, notifying us when they were coming (text includes a photo of the service tech - great safety item), and diagnosing the problem. We wound up deciding to replace our old furnace and ac unit, and they did a fantastic job getting that work done quickly and expertly. It's very telling when you talk to employees and find out that most of them have been there for years. From the office staff to the technicians to Chris, one of the owners, everyone was great. Could not recommend more highly.

I recently used Verne & Ellsworth Hann to install central air conditioning in my 102 year-old house. They also installed a new furnace, duct work, and relocated my water heater. Their work was impeccable in spite of the challenges posed by the age of my home. The technicians--Jake, Jason and Kyle--impressed me with their consummate knowledge and skills, as well as their respect for my home. Their clean up at the end was impeccable.
