Air-Plus Cincinnati is amazing! Our 35 year old furnace had a crack and therefore needed to be shut down on a Friday. Bruce was very responsive on the phone and through text about our situation, even replying to our many questions after 10:00 at night. He wasn't available to come out on Friday afternoon, but the owner, Rob came out and checked everything out and even offered to let us borrow heaters for the weekend. They came Monday morning to install our Carrier furnace and we had heat by that evening! Bill and Dave stayed late just so we didn't have to go another night without heat. Bill and Dave came back the next day for the final touches on the furnace and installed a new A/C unit too (it was also 35 years old!).

Bruce and Rob gave us a very good and reasonable estimate on the furnace, AC system, iWave air purifier, and several other necessary products. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their workers! Bill and Dave were great! They arrived early in the mornings, very respectful with keeping things clean and the installation was went smoothly with all the updates of our very old units.

Andrea registered all of our new products (all 5 of them) and also sent us an email and a hard copy of all of the serial numbers, model numbers, the coverage of the warranties, and their end dates! We received a hand written thank you card in the mail too! I seriously can't say enough good things about this company. Thank you to the entire Air-Plus team!

Had a scheduled visit from Air-Plus to change my filters today. Coleman and Mikey were the technicians and I must say I was impressed with both these young men. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and respectful. I deal with a lot of people and I truly appreciate a positive attitude to go with the professionalism. I would add that Charity, the young lady who schedules our service calls, is always cheerful and helpful, even when I'm a pain in the neck. I highly recommend this company. RJD

When there are services like HELP, quote over $6000 for outside air unit. Which I was able to replace for half. I will stay with air plus. Honest, reliable, reasonable

Bruce and all his workers were great and I would recommend them to anyone. I recently replaced a furnace and AC with Air-Plus and found all of them to be knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were on the job site within a few days and had the job finished in a very timely fashion. They were also willing to take the extra time to track down a wiring issue from the previous installer to make sure everything was working as it should.

Excellent company and team! We recently had our A/C give up the fight on us - in the middle of 90° weather. Bruce - the salesman - was at our house and had a team - Tony, Sam and Dave - scheduled to come out so quickly. Replaced the entire A/C and furnace. Every single interaction with anyone on this team was professional. Clean. Polite. Efficient. And we are sitting in a cool house now. Definitely recommend if you’re in the markets for new systems or service on current systems.

Air Plus installed an air unit, furnace and water heater in 2019. They offered the best price of the three bids we received. The high efficiency unit has worked great for the last two years saving us money. We decided to go with a ductless heating and cooling system for a back room and upstairs addition which had no duct work and relied on ac window units and electric baseboard heat. Dave and Bill worked tirelessly on a two day install, they showed up each morning at their estimated time, their work was flawless and very professional. They took extra precautions with drop clothes and shoe covers and left their work areas spotless at the completion of the job.

Staff was friendly and arrived on time. Was able to get unit installed within the next 3 days. Was told the $99 svc call charge would come off the installation charge but it didn't. When unit was installed they knocked our water line for fridge loose and our hallway flooded. They were very apologetic and were out to fix it promptly. Happy with unit but a little disappointed that it wasn't a little bit smoother process.

I'm lost for words its the best service I've received in my entire life they was out 3 times in a few weeks trying to find the problem only 1 charge last time changed some parts covered under warranty and didn't charge labor for that either they made some suggestions and my furnace is running great again, the technicians were behond professionals and Rob is one knowledgeable person, I'd recommend them to anyone, very pleased will always be back
