i called this company on a referral from my usual furnace company, who was out of town. My gas furnace would not come on. I called Air Plus who made an appointment to come out the next day. I received a call from the person coming out (Brian), and he was there promptly and as scheduled. Within an hour the problem was diagnosed (needed a part) and they provided me a reasonable price for the repairs. I paid and was emailed my receipt. Love the service, price and professionalism of this company. Would highly recommend.

Been using Air Plus for 10+ years now. Everyone we deal with is extremely courteous and professional. Technicians alway call ahead and arrive on time and address any questions or issues we may have. Would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Air-plus was fast, on-time, friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with all my questions. He was able to improve the efficiency and stability of my furnace without trying to upsell me on parts and services. He also cleaned up after himself leaving the area nicer than when he found it. I will definitely be using them to upgrade our system in the near future when the time comes to retire our ancient Franken-furnace (which is almost eligible to get the Senior discounts at local restaurants).

We had a new HVAC system installed in March 2021. Jeremy came to service the furnace on October 19th He called before he arrived to see if it was okay to come early. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He showed me a couple of tips that I could do to help maintain the unit. He was very professional and answered all my questions. My wife and I have been very pleased with the service we have received from Air-Plus from the initial qute, install and service. I would highly recommend them

I would recommend this company to anyone. We were having issues with our AC, I called in the morning and they were able to come to us same day. Matt was very professional, explained everything so well and was able to fix the issue in no time. I also didn’t have to wait around the house all day for them to come, I received a two hour range and Matt was on time. Thanks for your prompt service!

Our furnace died and the folks at Air Plus were able to get a rush install for us before the cold weather set in. They were professional, courteous and priced well below their competition. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from them.

Brian was fantastic! We had 2 other companies come out to our house and give quotes on our Carrier AC unit. The competitors quotes where both wildly varying in issue and price. He came out and systematically went through all the possibilities then ordered the part and fixed it that day all in less than an afternoon.

Issues like this aren’t cheap, but his was fair priced and solved the issue confidently rather than guessing and checking or just temporarily covering up the issue. We had spent silly days and appointments with other companies when we should’ve jus started here. Thank you for fixing our issues and making our home comfortable and cool!

There is so much to say about how absolutely wonderful this company is and how blessed we were to have had them service us. It will be hard to shorten the gratitude and praise I want to give them into a format that will fit this review. Long story short, my wife and I are nearing the last few weeks, of the birth of our 1st child. We were 5 days into having our gas shut off from Duke due to leaks in the lines. The first company (which I will restrain from detailing the horrible experience and defacing their name) came out and tallied up a bill of $7,500 to resolve the issue. They were blatant crooks and wasted precious time. Desperate for honest help and a baby soon on the way, we reached out to family members for a suggestion and were steered to Air-Plus. Bruce Sibert fielded our call late in the evening when most companies would have shut off operation, He took heed to our situation and wound up at our door with the owner, Rob Raby within the hour. They fixed our leak, not wasting any time due to having a keen knowledge in their trade and resolved our $7,500 problem in less than an hour. Along with saving us a lot of money, they saved us from a lot of worry during a very important time of our lives. ALL HARD TO FIND TRAITS IN A COMPANY.

Air Plus did a great job of installing my new system. The listened to what I felt my needs were and addressed them. Bruce Sibert recommended what I felt was the correct equipment. I received about 8 quotes for a new systems and Bruce Sibert was the only one who diagnosed an existing problem and fixed it. He was also the only one who followed up after the quote with a phone call to see if I had any questions. Hard to believe, he was the only one. That is why he got the business.

Duke energy recently installed gas lines in our neighborhood. I had Air-Plus come to my house to evaluate my electric heating and air system. They had installed my current system for me 12 years ago and I felt it may be time to upgrade. Rob suggested going with the new gas service and installing a Carrier Infinity gas system along with a gas tankless water heater. I could not be happier. My utility bill has gone from 550 a month to 200. It's amazing. I can not believe how quiet and efficient this new system is. Thanks Rob.
