He was so thorough and professional and explained everything so we could understand. The team at AirPlus did a great job from start to finish. We wanted to remove our old HVAC/furnace and install a new mini split system. Bruce and Rob were great to work with. They were very knowledgeable on the split systems, were professional, and overall good people. Not only did AirPlus offer the fairest price, they were also much more pleasant to work with during the consultation process and were willing to answer questions, take on more difficult projects, and solve for some workarounds.
Once the job had started, they stayed in close communication and completed the work in a timely manner. They were also very neat with the installation and made an effort to hide any exposed equipment. We were provided a walkthrough after the job was completed as well.
Overall, we felt like we were in good hands and relieved to have gone with AirPlus, especially with the worries of being first time home owners!
Jeremy came to service our furnaces. He was timely - professional and phenomenally knowledgeable. He did software updates - educated us on updates and settings. He was very personable and answered all our questions. I’d recommend Air Plus Heating and Cooling for new and repair/maintenance! They are awesome!
I have nothing but good to say about Air Plus Cincinnati. We used them to replace our 30 year old Carrier furnace and AC. It was still running but the parts were discontinued so we didn't want to get stuck in the dead of winter or blazing summer when it finally died. Some people just go with Trane products but I trust Carrier and really all the parts are basically made in the same factories. All my research showed that the installation makes the biggest difference in reliability (properly sizing the new unit to your ducting size, nitrogen brazing to avoid debris inside your system from the install, etc).
Bruce, the sales rep, was excellent. He spec'd out our new system for a extremely good price. None of their competition would even answer my calls to get comparison quotes so I priced out all the parts from a distributor who only sells to HVAC companies (I might have posed as one...shhhhhh) and Air Plus's install price came in lower than I could have to just buy the parts. Granted, my prices were piece meal instead of bulk, but still Air Plus then even threw in a free humidifier for the furnace. I was sold.
Bill and Dave were very friendly, on time, and did the install with every attention to detail (my lousy camera pic doesn't really do it justice). They had to reroute ducts and install the air intake/exhaust pipes through the brick since the old system didn't have it. They even added extra mounts that the original system didn't have. They left the place cleaner than they found it. You can't go wrong with Air Plus.
I’ve had a relationship with Air Plus for 13 years. They are the ones I call for routine maintenance. They are on time friendly professional and always go over their servicing. I needed a new HVAC heat pump system and they were the ones I called after getting a couple of estimates on a Carrier system.The installers were efficient courteous and did a good job with the clean up.
We used Air Plus to install a new HVAC system in 2012. This unit had a 10 year warranty. The unit went out in November of 2017. Air Plus repaired it and gave us the remainder of our warranty until November 30, 2022. They tried to charge us a credit card processing fee without informing us. We disputed and they removed the charge. Our unit failed again on December 9th, 9 days past the warranty. We called Rob at Air Plus 3 different times to discuss replacing or repairing our unit as we needed heat. I am a disabled cancer survivor. Rob at Air Plus never returned or calls and never responded. We had to go another route to get heat before the temperatures fall below zero. We do not recommend using this company at all. Also we called Goodman who manufactured our unit and they told us it’s up to Air Plus to help us. Rob Raby never returned any or our many calls.
