Wyoming Air is great to work with. They arrive within their appointment time and do a thorough job, including explaining what they recommend and why. I was ready to buy a more expensive furnace and Brandon advised me that a lower cost option would be all that I really need. That’s real service.

I just want to hug the team at Wyoming Air. This is the second time they have come to my rescue. When my heat went out last week, in a house with young children I was quoted a high estimate from another company who also planned to charge me $250 to get the part same day. I didn’t feel comfortable and wanted to go with someone I trusted with a second opinion. Wyoming Air sent someone out to view the furnace, same day and was at my house with the furnace part same day with a repaired furnace within two hours at less than half the price that I was quoted. the customer service, team work and quick response was just so amazing at a stressful time. Highly recommended company you can trust.

Everything was great. We do have problem where the water heater was turned way down for some reason and we thought the pilot light was out. When I went to light the pilot that’s when I discovered that the temperature had been turned way down. Probably an oversight on the technician’s part.

Wyoming air has come to our rescue several times since moving into our older home! They’ve always been more than fair and willing to repair vs. replace whenever possible. When our air conditioner gave out shortly after moving in, they put in more work than expected to help us use our home warranty coverage and recently came immediately when our furnace needed repair. I recommend the Cowboy Club for locals—they remind me it’s time to do seasonal checks and give service call discounts!

Had a weird plasticky burning smell in house. Seemed to be coming from the heating registers, and furnace smelled a bit like it. I filled out appointment request online around 10 a.m. They got back to me quickly and the repairman was here in early afternoon, as promised. So points for responsiveness and punctuality! He didn't find anything wrong - suggested I replace the filters, which I did. He checked the furnace for a bit and said it was fine. Still smelled it last night, but who knows what the problem is. Maybe there's something melting in a duct. Maybe it's not even the furnace. Got charged the $109 visit charge.

Wyoming Air is a very reputable company. Everyone who works there are awesome people, all are very knowledgeable and friendly! We needed a whole new system, the price was very reasonable. Charlie and Bren were the gentleman whom put our system in were very nice men and efficient, when they finished the job, they left our house cleaner than it was when they arrived! Will recommend this company to everyone!

We have been really impressed with Wyoming Air. They not only helped us make the right financial decisions for our current situations with no judgement, but they are kind and professional. When we needed our AC fully replaced, they were having supply chain issues (just like everyone at the time) and they couldn’t install it for a couple of weeks. When they heard I had a six-month-old son at home, they actually had some guys volunteer to come out on their day off to install it. I wasn’t even charged extra (though we DID TIP THEM! Don’t take this kind of kindness for granted!) Every single person we have talked to has been on time, very kind, and has helped us maintain our systems. I never feel nickle-and-dimed. When our furnace is ready to be replaced, we will believe them when they tell us. And we will trust them to do the installation. Having people like this you can trust is honestly invaluable. Their prices seem fair and they are helpful and very quick to respond to your needs. They all are genuinely kind people. Highly recommend.

My furnace just stopped working. I went downstairs to see if a circuit was blown but that was not the case. My system is 20 years old so it could have just been the end for it. I called and got a window of time from 2-4. As I was preparing for it to get colder in my place, they called back and the technician had finished his job early so he could be on the way to my place in half an hour. He showed me were there was a crack in one of the parts. He had a replacement on his truck and all was well and working before noon! I appreciate the fast response because we were going to get some sun zero weather overnight! And it’s almost Christmas! Merry Christmas to you all!

Brandon was the service technician. Prior to his arrival, I received a notification that he was on his way, and he arrived at the scheduled time.
He invited me to stay with him as he worked so that he could explain what he was doing, and be able to answer any questions I might have. That made the experience even better.
