I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing needs!! 5 star company!!

Had an electric water heater that was super old and just giving out. They came out quick and was nice and efficient. The process was only about 2 hours and that’s including them having a different size water heater (capacity and dimensions) than what I previously had. My was short and the new one was much taller. They were great and I HIGHLY recommend them!!!

The customer service representative I talked to today was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and patient over the phone, as soon as I mentioned we had a gas leak she was trying to schedule same day repair, which was phenomenal. We got to schedule around my availability and she helped make a plan to schedule routine maintenance on our A/C unit as well. I was very impressed and pleased with how professional and prompt she was with our issue and updating our information. I will definitely be recommending Five Star to others!

I had a my water heater break down a couple days ago and got bounced around in terms of scheduling by another company. I ended up contacting them and within a few minutes they had an appointment scheduled for me and worked even after the appointment was scheduled to get me an earlier fix for my water heater.

They arrived on time/as scheduled, were very professional and made sure that I understood the work that they were going to do/kept me informed of if/when they had to cut water and things of the sort. They answered any and all questions I had clearly and respectfully. 10/10 would hire them again to fix/replace my water heater again (hopefully won't need to too soon XD).

Amazing team very professional, If I could give six stars I would. Went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. We bought a new system at a very reasonable price. They were able to install in 2 days!!! We were very impressed with the quality of work.

We had our water heater start leaking on Mother’s Day weekend. Hunter and John showed up on time and replaced it within 2 hours. They were fantastic and took very good care of us. Thanks so much for everything!!

I had two water heaters replaced 5/16/2023. The installers were prompt, professional, and thorough. I was pleased with their work. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I would definitely use them again if needed.
