HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drains

This is by far my favorite plumbing company. The dispatch was courteous and managed to get me on the schedule within 24 hours of my call. What really blew me away though was the plumber they sent out. Auburn was fantastic. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He took time to answer my questions and explain the issue at hand in a way I could comprehend. Bonus points for the respect they showed to my home by using plastic covers on their boots when entering the house. Absolutely would recommend, and I'll definitely ask for Auburn next time I need plumbing help.

I’m a first time home owner and absolutely PANICKED when I saw a pool of water dripping from a pipe in the ceiling. The HELP dispatcher called me to let me know our provider would be early (which is excellent-I’m so used to 2 hour windows but end up waiting an extra hour for services like this). Josh was so professional, careful with my home, and spent time educating me and explaining my different options. He really spent his time figuring out the source of the leak, as well as showing me how everything works. Can’t even explain the relief I felt after he fixed the leak by pulling and reinstalling the toilet. Also, my dog was kind of up in Josh’s business while he worked (he’s a curious boy), and Josh didn’t mind him at all. I would also recommend the subscription service through HELP if you’re buying a home for the first time. I wish I had subscribed when we first got our home so we could’ve had everything checked earlier.

I used them to clear a drain and they wanted to charge $330 dollars to remove and reset a toilet instead of accessing through the clean out. Also, they try to upsell you at every aspect of the job like a used car salesmen. They told me they wouldn't run a camera at $100 even though I was willing to pay $300+ for their large auger, unless I committed to do the work with them. They seen a side issue and focused on that which they offered to fix for $1200 which was completely unrelated to original call, that they hadn't fixed yet. This was work for a 74 year old lady on a fixed income and no senior discounts by they way. They will make a call to the boss and try and get the price discounted just like a car salesman.

He was very nice and explained everything he was doing and any issues he found. We had a new unit installed about 3 years ago and turned the air on this past week and it just kept running. I noticed on 7/3/23 that the unit outside the fan wasn’t functioning but the inside unit was running. The guy checked everything and determined that it was a faulty thermostat. We were also scheduled for our yearly check on the unit so he did that as well and canceled our appointment that was already scheduled later this month

I am completely satisfied with the work Help home services "Auburn Browne" did. He was very friendly, polite and respectful. Even cleaned up any mess he made. I will be using their services again.

The Tech was knowledgeable, patient to answer my questions, respectful of my property, gave me info about how I could save money without being "pushy". I called on Friday and work was completed on the following Monday. Jacob is an all-around nice guy. My drains are clean and I will have no problem calling this company for the next issue.

Aiden was an absolute professional and was amazing even with my five year old asking a thousand questions and the dog barking. He got everything fixed in record time and was super flexible. We have had great experiences with this company and though there are discount options having peace of mind that the job is done right the first time is a better value in the long run!

Positive experience from the start as they were able to come out same day. They were accurate with the time window and called before arriving with plenty of notice. Austin was very personable and attentive to the concerns. I feel like Austin truly listened to the details I was telling him. He worked to ensure we were fixing the root cause and not just fixing the subsequent problems it was causing. I appreciate his ability to simply explain the issues to me and how he would address them in order to resolve the problem. Thank you Austin!

Michael, his working to get us the correct quote... so he's going to check with his manager first. He was very thorough in the inspection, explaining how everything works and I'm sure if we can't use your company for this job, we will call back in the future. Technician arrived on time. He was dressed in clean & professional uniform. Very polite & courteous. He went right to work, diagnosing the problem. He gave me all the options and pricing quickly. Ordered the parts and began working. Parts arrived quickly, and installation was underway. Nicks, work was completed in no time. Very professionally done old world quality!! Just like my grandfather and father did in their day. Great to see people who care about the right way to do it. I’m going to recommend your company to anyone that needs a job well done.
