Used help second time. I also have a service contract. I am very happy with the service. Promptly answered service call on time and great technician. Matt quickly diagnosed the issue, procured the parts and came back to get them installed. Very professionally done.

Great prompt service to diagnose my bad capacitor… but unfortunately more than double the average cost. Google says the average cost is $180, they charged me $528. So I guess it’s great if you can afford to pay more than double… actually almost triple.
Former "club" member here. They came out to do a "complimentary" a/c tune up. The tech came and told me that the unit was functioning properly. He asked whether I wanted the unit back on prior to his departure. I said no, because we were leaving to go out of town that day. Returned after the weekend and switched the a/c on and it wasn't working at all. Contacted HELP and they sent the same tech back out. He told me that my "disconnect box was damaged and melted". Told me it would be $500+ to fix. It was working fine before he "maintained and tuned-up" the unit. Then it suddenly was damaged and not working. The business would not fix the problem without charging us $500+ and claimed it wasn't their problem. It seems the "club" is just opportunity ity for them to get onto your property to break things and then charge you to fix them. Use a different company, their business practices are shady at best and seemingly predatory. We will pay another company to fix their mess.
Matt did a great and very thorough job. Seeing the before and after cleaning pics on the outside unit were shocking. He was here quite a while and got everything working great. I highly recommend Matt and the HELP team.
You should let everyone know when they call to set up an appointment that you are way overpriced so that way they can save their $87 just to show up and give you an estimate of over $800 to replace the toilet water shut off valve and the water dispenser inside the toilet tank. Maybe $40 in parts. What a rip off! I will wait for my plumber to get back from vacation.. The technician was nice and friendly and prompt though.
Josh and Garrick were both fantastic, professional and friendly. Took the time to explain everything in detail and set us up with a great new furnace, AC and water heater. No question we would call them again.
