HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drains

I’m a subscriber, so I get a free annual tuneup for my AC. The technician was very helpful and didn’t try to sell me a new system, although mine is past its life expectancy. Looks like it will get me through another summer! Also, the technician turns out to be a neighbor – I had seen his truck parked in front of his house. Nice to meet you, Matthew!

Spent over $34,000 with HELP when we bought our house last year, Had plumbing completely redone with copper, new furnace, Central air unit (3 ton), new water heater and wifi thermostat. My brand new AC has frozen up twice this week, Filters are good and constantly maintained, They claim a 100% guarantee and i'm not happy. I am a disabled veteran and am on a fixed income. I spent everything i had with this company and i would not recommend.
