HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drains

When my air-conditioning unit was leaking water the same day my summer service was performed, despite the promises to "be there for you" when I called for HELP in the evening, I had to insist that a technician come back to investigate the problem. It seems the earlier technician did not perform several routine checks and services. Eventually a technician arrived and dealt with the problem. He was considerably more experienced and thorough and solved the problem. I have two units and the earlier technician took half the time completing the task of servicing the units than others have. Now I know why. It's hit or miss depending on which technician is assigned to you.

Ultimately, Austin wasn’t able to clear our drain, but it wasn’t for lack of trying. He tried two different machines, but the type of pipes (and the age of the house) made things difficult.

He did his best.

He explained to us what was going on and be seemed genuinely disappointed that he couldn’t totally resolve our issue.

I appreciate his efforts.

I do all of my HVAC business with HELP. Kevin recently got our AC unit back up and running. Kevin diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a part in less than an hour! As is always the case, the Tech guys from HELP are courteous and highly skilled and Kevin was certainly no exception to the rule!

Very impressed with the service, from the phone call to the door. Matt was very polite an professional, not pushy when it came time to ket us know a few things that needed to be done. IMPRESSED with the no pressure service as we had two things we could need updated/replaced. They have the parts available in their truck, everything was done at once, no second appt.

Josh Was Very Helpful And Honest And Diffently Saved Me And My Puppy's Life!!!! Furnace is Shot And Have leaking Carbon Monoxide from holes in a old pipe, and water heater Also. Then checked Air Conditioner Unit and it's outdated needs Freon , but might still get some time, But Diffently WILL Call Josh WHEN I Can Figure out What I Need To get New Units!! Thanks Alot Josh For REALLY CARING FOR ME And My Puppy's Life ,He Was VERY MUCH Concerned About Us And Wanted To make sure I call Fire Department to Have A Better C. O. Donavon Came out the Next Day and Unclogged the Main sewer Drain which Was Clogged Extremely Bad, I worked on it All week Trying To Empty the water and plunge it Thinking it was Just backed up from leaves and Dirt which has happened in the past and had Them come and unclog it, But Here This Time it was the Main Sewer Drain That Needed Cleared out and Donavon Got The Job Done And was Extremely helpful and Very pleasant And Kind, I was REALLY Embarrassed Because I thought it was just the same thing as Last time just had A Nasty Smell and Figured it was because it had been a week in Half because I kept trying to clear it out myself, but Donavon Made Me feel very much at ease telling me he had Much worse Job's and he is used to it and let me know it WASN'T My fault Another TRUE And Excellent Technician By explaining everything to me and That it is caused probably by old pipes. House is 57yrs Old and used to have 2 trees out front yard were the drain runs and possibly a Root could have damaged the pipe Will Be following through with having him Come Back out and running A camera through it to see just exactly what is causing it and how bad or not to bad it is. Again CAN'T Thank HELP Technicians Enough For Being Extremely Helpful And Honest And VERY Respectfull To Me And JUST All Around Blessed To have There Service's, Josh Saved Are Life, And Donavon Made It Alot Better Just in Time because of a Big Rain Storm the Next Day March3, 2023 which Would Be sending That Nasty sewer water into My basement Floor Drain. Again I Can't Thank You Both ENOUGH!!!!! HELP Services is The GREATEST EVER GUARANTEED And There Technicians Are Diffently The GREATEST EVER Too! Thank You Very Much Laura Hafer!!!

The visit was scheduled within my needed timeframe. The tech (William R) did a fantastic job explaining the situation to me and made quick work of the problem. He also took extreme care to clean up after the work was completed. Very good experience from start to finish. Thanks, William!

Great service! Arrived before scheduled time and explained the information in a way I could understand. Didn’t catch his last name but he was a Michael. He cleared the issue for now and also explained the reasoning for roots in the system. Now we know what we need to do next to keep everything in good working order. Definitely will recommend this company! Charged exactly what they said they were going to charge as well!

Alex was phenomenal! He was friendly and respectful of our property. He answered every single question we had. We greatly appreciated his help and will definitely be using him for future needs at our home.

The tech was just amazing! He asked questions to better understand my situation so he knew just where to start cleaned my line out and so far it is not backing up! He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. I would use them over and over again!
