Apt1 wasn't getting heat. I called Air Plus & they sent a technician out. Kevin was very polite & professional. I was very impressed with his service and knowledge. I will use them again & recommend this company.

The installer arrived on time and went right to work removing my old and leaking water heater. As he removed it, I kept him company and asked several questions about Maintenace and longevity. He answered my questions and more and still kept working. He showed me other things that were also worn out such as the exhaust stack which he replaced with a new heavier gauge unit. He was here all day but the workmanship and education I received was well worth it. Good Job and Thank You.

Alex did my AC tune up and serviced my UV system. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

The service was amazing. I called after hours but left a message that my AC unit went out. Got a call 1st thing in the morning. Told me tech would be out late morning or early afternoon and repair tech was here before 11:00. Very nice gentleman. Very professional yet very friendly. Had my air up and running in no time. By the end of the visit to repair my AC, Mike the repair guy and myself were showing our dogs pictures and talking dog talk. Mike kept me informed of the progress and what was wrong with the AC unit.
