Kevin just left my house after repairing my furnace which had stopped running he was very courteous and pleasant and did not pressure me into purchasing a new furnace because of him will use your company again when necessary
This is the second time we have used Air Plus Heating and Cooling. Last year, our furnace went out in the winter. When I called Air Plus, they told me exactly how much the part cost and exactly how much we would be charged for service fees. In total, it was less than HALF as much as another company had quoted. Thank you for your honesty and transparency! DJ came out today, quickly solved and explained the problem in detail. Thank you again for building our trust. We will continue to use their company for our HVAC needs!

I’m new to Air-Plus and chose the company to replace my HVAC system because of its reputation for excellent service and pricing with projects in my neighborhood. No disappointment here! I especially like the customer orientation of everyone associated with the company. It’s a great company.

Follow-up to prior review: Firm contacted me at 8:00 exactly on Monday and we set up a time that afternoon for service. Responding employee was extremely helpful, and because the problem was electrical, the final bill was only $93. I would recommend them again.
Prior review: No one wants to have an A/C outage on the weekend, but should you call Air Plus on the weekend, their kind representative will be happy to assist for a $150 "emergency" fee--which includes transportation. While this appears to be industry standard, the representative cannot give you a timeframe for response ("Sometime today"). My assertion is that $150 should buy an immediate response, or else the fee should not be charged. Alternately, if you choose to schedule the service during the week (i.e., Monday), the representative will call you "between 8 and 5." Unfortunately, this lack of prompt response guarantee leaves one wondering how many days it will take to a) be contacted, b) schedule, and c) accomplish the desired work. I'm sure Air Plus does a good job, and is wonderful to work with should they be contacted during the week; however, for weekend work their lack of guarantee of responsiveness (to at least come out and take a look) forced me to look elsewhere. My recommendation to Air Plus is the following: a) offer a money-back guarantee of response time for "emergencies." b) guarantee a response at the beginning of the business day Monday (i.e., "First thing," or "within an hour of opening").
