Efficient, friendly and quality service. We've been using them for years and have always been pleased with the service. Cole came out today to do a/c maintenance. He answered questions, showed me what we can do to keep it running efficiently and was very thorough. Very happy with this company!!

Great experience getting a tankless water heater installed. Friendly, professional workers who discussed options, explained details and did great work. Was happy with price and the quick turn-around time. I highly recommend this company!

While I've been a customer of another HVAC firm for many years and was hesitant to try another company, I'm sold on Air Plus. First and foremost, their crew is top notch! The initial consultation for an HVAC evaluation and estimate was informative and low-pressure. Bruce did a nice job of answering my questions and reconciling my budget and needs with various options. He made me feel comfortable during the entire process and was not aggressively upselling or trying to add products I didn't need. (A lot of the other firms in Cincinnati do this, so if you want to feel respected and valued, give Bruce a call!) During the install, the service/install team was fantastic. Tony, Sam, and Bruce were thorough, meticulous, and respectful. They gave me a nice demo of our new furnace, A/C, humidifier, and thermostat before they finished. Thanks again to Air Plus for a great experience.

Cole came to our house to repair our air conditioner today. Cole was very polite and friendly. He informed me of everything he was doing. He had the air conditioner fixed in no time. Thank you so much.

Came home from vacation only to find that my AC compressor went out. I called Airplus and had a new unit and A coil replaced in one day. Sam and Bill were efficient and knowledgeable.

Updated Review:
Noticed Monday evening that our 20 year old AC system was no longer working. Called AirPlus Tuesday morning and had a technician come to look at 10am who recommended a new system since the repair was not worth the cost. Bruce came out after 5pm to give us quotes and the new system was installed by Tony and Lee by 3pm on Wednesday. Very polite and professional service at every stage. We are happy with the installation and the house is now cooling normally. Great service!

Previous Review:
Noticed water pooling around our heating unit on one of the first cold weekends of the year. They came out quickly on a Saturday and fixed the clog and other issues. Cole was very professional and was happy to explain various aspects of the system and the maintenance we needed to do each year. Good experience!

We are very satisfied with the work done by Airplus. We had a new HVAC/furnace/hot water heater installed. Everyone was very informative and friendly. They arrived on time, worked very hard to get things on a timely manner, and cleaned everything up when the job was complete. We also felt we were charged a reasonable price. Alex T. with AirPlus performed a seasonal tune up on my parents furnace & A/C unit that AirPlus originally installed in 2009, he is always professional, honest, & explains everything thoroughly! The whole team, from scheduling, to sales, to technician made it a very pleasant experience!

Called at 2:30 pm when I realized the fan outside was not blowing while AC was on. Scheduled me for 2 days, which was 100% fine. Called back 5 minutes later as a tech finished another job early.

Alex was at our house by 4, had the AC running strong again by 4:30.

Can’t recommend Airplus / Alex enough!
