This was my first time using Air-Plus but they were highly recommended to me by family who had used them for years. Cole was timely, professional, and took time to explain everything in detail. Cole made sure the issue with my AC was corrected!

Air Plus installed new furnace and A/C with Amana products. Also new air ducts for more air flow. Rob suggested improvements and it has made a big difference in heating and cooling. Installers did a great job and the price was very reasonable.

We purchased a larger home with two HVAC systems. Both AC units were stuffed under the deck with poor air flow. The 5 ton was old and needed to be replaced. We also had a water heater that was end of life. The HVAC and water heater were vented improperly as well.

The Air-plus team came out and spent a great deal of time looking over the whole system. They made a bunch of suggestions to correct all the issues we were facing. They presented us with a bunch of different options to fit our budget. We ended up rerouting all the venting and relocating the AC units to another location. The new units work great. The guys really did a top-notch job over 3 days. The pricing was very fair.

I appreciated the level of customer service provided by Air-Plus. The service technician (Bryan) was top-notch and got our system functioning quickly and efficiently. The front office staff (Missy) was very helpful and friendly. The price and service was the best experience with a heating and cooling company I have ever had. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the Billings Brothers, Bill & Dave, members of Air-Plus's "NEW" AC system installation Group. These 2 gentlemen work well as a team, are extremely knowledgeable regarding the replacement and or transitioning from an outdated Freon based system to a "New" 410 refrigerant based system. Bill & Dave implemented precise surgical skills while matriculating through the entire system update.

jeremy,the tech who serviced our furnace was polite ,efficient and knowlegeable . he diagnosed our problem quickly and fixed a complex issue in short order. the price was reasonable and our humidifer is back up and running. he did the entire job in about 45 minutes.
