Very happy with our new Lennox AC and furnace units installed by Stevenson’s. The Advantage program is a great deal as well. Our installers Daniel and Chris were professional and quick with the install.

UPDATE: We continue to love our choice to go with the Advantage Program. It helps us breathe easy knowing that our system will be taken care of properly and if anything does go wrong, it gets fixed with no out of pocket expenses. Sam Shortes and Shoman Banks did a great job with our most recent time up. System checked out great, filter change and now we’re good for another 6 months!

We worked with Lamar and Luis when deciding whether we should repair or replace a very old A/C unit. We ultimately chose to invest in a more efficient A/C and heating system and couldn’t be more pleased. Chris and Justin were courteous and worked cleanly to install the new units, masterfully maneuvering through a tight stairway. A+

So glad Stan was able to come out today. He not only resolved the problem created by the servicemen who came out yesterday to assess a different problem with the toilet, but noted what caused it, with clear explanations and pointing out parts involved.
No further work or replacements needed after his visit. Thank-you!

I love working with Stevenson Service Experts. I had a new furnace and central air unit put in and have loved it. My propane cost has dropped dramatically. I had an issue on a Holiday and thought there is no way they are coming today to fix this. I was wrong they was there yet that night and fixed the problem and got the heat back on. They have always been quick to respond and take care of anything I needed.

Mike and Kyle came out for an inspection and were very professional, very knowledgeable. Gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision. Good guys to talk to, no complaints!

We have been customers of Stevenson's since we built our house in 1992. This is the third HVAC system they have installed. This new one replaced a Lennox system that we had for 16 years! (The original worked for 14!) Obviously, the quality of their products is excellent along with the routine inspections that were done twice each year. Our installers, Lucas H and Thanh D were great. Thanh even dug out several plants around the AC unit so they wouldn't get damaged and then replaced them. My wife was very pleased. We are now on the Advantage Program so we will have no worries in the coming years. Thanks for the great service, Stevenson's. And thank Joe Violet for his diligence in explaining the Advantage Program and our other options. He made a follow up call the next day to make sure that all was done to our satisfaction. I have to apologize for not getting back to him in a timely manner. Sorry, Joe. Thanks for your help on this project.

Thank you Cody Jones and Luis Rosa for being so helpful with our furnace issues. I was thinking about calling and canceling our appointment, I am glad I did not do that. You were very helpful. Thank you for your help and your kindness. Wanted to add more to this, my parents had a new furnace and air conditioning system put in yesterday. They are so happy with this, the guys who came out and did the work were so very helpful. Their names were Chris and Justin L. Thank you for doing such a great job guys.

Stan F. (plumber) completely replaced my hot water heater. He thoroughly explained everything, did the job professionally, and never tried to upsell me. Stan is fantastic and would recommend him to anyone. Am trying the lease program for the first time, and thanks to Stevens for their Military Program!
