    Stanley came through short notice and did the best with what he could. Even though the company was short staff he still showed great customer service. I wish he could've stayed longer but I was thrown into his overly book schedule. I can't even say anything bad because the prices they gave me were cheaper than the other companies

    I've actually had two visits from Stevenson. Last week, I called to have my in-line water heater flushed and a small leak checked. After they left, the heater stopped working and the leak became heavy. I didn't realize that Stevenson has 24x7 coverage so I waited over the holiday weekend to call for a return visit. I was fairly frustrated. The dispatcher escalated to Stan F and Brent. Stan has decades of experience with in-line heaters and it showed. He explained the issue and why my model had failed. We discussed repair options, purchase options, and lease options. Repairing it didn't pay out. Ultimately, I selected the 10 year lease option because all the service and parts were included. An in-line heater has to be flushed annually which is a bit over $300. To not have to worry about any repairs is worth it to me. Over the 10 years, I break even. Understand that a heater should last 20 years so I'll be about double the cost if I am here for that period of time but not worrying about it was worth it. Stan and Brent worked me into their schedule by adding me before they were scheduled to work to avoid me sitting without hot water longer. They did a clean installation - including correction of some piping that was not pitched correctly on the original installation by another plumber. They also cleaned up after themselves which I appreciated. Stevenson is not the cheapest outfit but the experience that Stan brought to the table was well worth it. In-line heater expertise is difficult to find - just getting it flushed has been challenging. So, knowing I'm covered while still maintaining a small eco footprint is great.

    This is an edited review. Originally I wrote that I greatly disliked the idea of paying a dispatch fee. I spoke with the the service manager. He informed me about a very reasonable service subscription which he signed me up for. This eliminates the dispatch fees. I was very pleased with the service technicians. They were able to diagnose and resolve my air conditioner problem and get it working again.

    AC wasn't cooling, with some quick work the house was cool again. We had a leak and a trip or two later that was repaired. I was kept updated on progress the entire time. Mike Bresley did a great job as our technician.
