I’m a member of their service program and it has been amazing, especially having to work out a few bugs on a new system. Just had my annual tune up and Mike Bresley was thorough and professional. He realized my thermostat was messed up and got it fixed right away. Great work!

With our plan after purchasing a new HVAC unit from Stevenson, we have had routine maintenance done to our system. Yesterday Ryan, from the Columbus branch, was able to service our Spring maintenance and was very professional, yet personable. He told us in layman’s terms on what he was doing and the effects it had on our system. He even went above and beyond and provided us tips and tricks to ensure our system continues to run efficiently (e.g. swap filters, monitor drain trap, and clean any debris from external unit). Ryan was also able to finally get our long-standing issue resolved for our system humidifier.

Thanks to Kenny and Ryan, our issue with the thrown-away (during installation) of our humidifier framing and filter has finally been resolved after 9 months of requesting the resolution. They quickly identified that our system was still incomplete, determined the fix, and resolved our issue. They were both professional and personal, keeping us abreast of the process. Thanks to Kenny, our HVAC capabilities are now 100%.

Stevenson installed a new water heater for our home. Danielle provided great service and was friendly and helpful in our time of need. Stan F. is a skilled and expert plumber. He went above and beyond what was expected! My overall impression is that the staff is knowledgeable and dependable. Thank you for getting us back in business so quickly. Hot showers are truly a luxury.

I had a great experience with Stevenson Service Experts today. Our AC unit stopped working yesterday, I called this morning and they were able to fix it same day. Great service and friendly staff as well. Thanks Ryan and Chris!

We had a water leak in our basement a couple of weeks ago, something we caused. Bobby Davis came out. He was on time and fixed our problem in minutes. We’re in the advantage program, which is a great idea. He was so nice and helpful. It was an inexpensive visit which was great.

Used them for plumbing, have always had great experiences in the past. This one sucked! First day had an afternoon 4-hour window and was called 15 minutes before it ended saying they couldn’t make it and would come out next morning between 8-12. Come 1230 i haven’t heard a word from them. Called and they said i was technicians next stop. I finally saw someone arrive at 230. Couldn’t figure out problem at first but then realized what it was. It required a new disposal which he didn’t have so said he would be back in the morning to install as i offered to go buy my own. Called this morning and they said they didn’t have a time yet but would call the tech to see if he was coming out soon and call me right back. 4 hours later (@1230pm) i finally get call from office saying tech was behind and i was his next stop. Waited until 545 and still no call and no tech. After being told my window was 4-6pm (which is a lie) they said they were behind from 2 call offs and they might have to reschedule me to next week. I said it needed taken care of as i had readjusted for them for three straight days. Tech finally showed up at 730pm to complete the work. Today frustrated with this horrible customer service!!!!

We had a very good experience with Stevensons! We actually have went through a couple different companies prior to this and found Stevensons was the only one that was honest and actually found the problem with our system. They stayed until the job was completed. Our most recent maintenance tech (Mike Bresley) was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly and replaced the items that needed replacing (filter and humidifier). He also informed us of other things to do to ensure the longevity of our furnace and ducts.

Scott Carter and Dylan Flowers were great! Professional and quick. Explained what they were doing and what I needed to do to take care of the new equipment.

As always, great service by Stevenson! Looking forward to the benefits of my central air purifier!
