    Mike and Luis were great, very professional. Great service. I had a really old a/c unit and things wrong with my furnace. They informed of the advantage program and my other options. I was able to get everything done the next day. Darian B and Lucas H the installers were friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the service.

    Had to call Stevenson Service Experts to see why my AC was not cooling, i got lucky when they sent Mike Bresley, he really knew what he was doing, he figured out what the problem was within a few minutes. it was not good news with my 22 year old system. Mike done a great job explaining what was going on.

    Just wanted to give a shout out to Cal H and Kevin C! Cal came out for our scheduled tune-up. He identified an issue, explained the options thoroughly, and was polite and respectful during his time in our home. Kevin also came by to quote a few products we were interested in and was upfront about pricing as well as reaching out to the plumbing manager to get additional information we needed. Not to mention--all of this was around 7:30pm on a Friday! The service we received was stellar and I'm grateful for the time and care both gentlemen provided tonight.

    Woke up this morning and the A/C wasn't working. Called for service maintenance and got a same-day appointment. Mike Bresley was the service technician that came to our house. Mike did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and explaining the required repairs and associated costs. As always, we were not disappointed by the service's timeliness and quality. Hats off to Mike and Stevenson Service Experts for their continued professionalism and service quality.

    My husband and I recently purchased our home and we wanted to have maintenance completed on our AC unit to prepare for the summer months ahead, so we called Stevenson Service Experts to schedule our appointment. Service Technician Joseph Violet arrived with another technician, whose name I regretfully don't recall, as he also did a wonderful job on the AC inspection and he deserves some recognition as well. After the inspection was completed, we were subsequently advised that our AC unit was at the end of its functional life (which we kind of thought might be the case) and it was recommended to consider a new unit in the very near future. Joseph Violet showed us some options and my husband and I decided to replace the AC unit and ordered everything through Stevenson Service Experts. Technician Joseph Violet then informed us that they could do the install on the following day, which was a pleasant surprise for a super quick turn around time frame!
    The following day, technicians Darian and Quentin came to do the install and they arrived on time and were very personable and respectful. They explained everything to us and got to work right away. Darian and Quentin did an absolutely amazing job and they worked together as a team and completed the job earlier than expected. It was very apparent that they knew exactly what they were doing for the install and they took great pride in their work to be sure everything was completed in a very neat, clean and professional manner. When they were finished, they cleaned everything up nicely and they took the time to show us how the new thermostat worked and to answer any questions we had before they left. My husband and I are extremely happy and satisfied customers and Stevenson Service Experts will always be the company we will call for any future services we need! Thanks a million!! :)

    Stevenson came out yesterday and performed the 6-month routine checkup on our system. Our service tech was Kenneth Wooten and he did a great job. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

    Called for routine service on Wednesday and was scheduled between 4-6PM on Friday. The technician, Cal Hopkins called within the time window and said he would be here in 30 minutes.
    Following a thorough inspection, Cal explained what he found and provided me with a written estimate to repair the deficient areas. He also cleaned up after he finished and reset the thermostat. Very professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

    The plumber could not clear the jam in my toilet caused by a flushed toy. He told me I might want to *eventually* think about a new toilet... as he flushed my current one and it was still clogged. I asked if the toilet was even usable and he said no. So I should buy a new toilet now, right? Not "eventually." He proceeded to quote me $800 to put down a new toilet. I was told the prices are set by the distributor, which is a meaningless argument, as Stevenson controls which distributors they use and what their own burdened cost is to the consumer. Plus, I've had another toilet in my house replaced and it took less than an hour. I am sure whatever toilet they were going to install would be mediocre builder-grade, maybe $200 at most if bought at Lowes. So they essentially are asking $600 for labor for what is at most 1-2 hours of work.

    My understanding is Stevenson's people are commission-based, which is an utterly terrible idea for a service company, at least on the consumer's end. I had them out to inspect and clean my HVAC and I was told an otherwise fully functioning cooling system was going to die very soon and it would be impossible to fix because the parts aren't made anymore. When I was pitched a new HVAC lease (that included a water softener), the rep looked at my softener and said it was shot. That was at least 3 or 4 months ago and the softener is fine. What was particularly suspicious about that visit was Stevenson didn't just send a tech to clean and inspect the HVAC - they also sent a second guy in another vehicle whose job appeared to be 1) agree with everything the tech claimed, and 2) sell me a new HVAC lease. That was basically it for his usefulness on that call.

    While I call Stevenson because they are large and responsive, I'm having a difficult time trusting them or not laughing hysterically at their prices.

    We had Stevenson's install a large combi-boiler system in our home, replacing a 22 year old unit. The team showed up on time and put in a 14 hour work day to ensure the job was completed. We couldn't have ask for a more hard working crew than those who showed up. They did a fantastic installation. Thanks to Chad W, Justin N, Josh P, and Nick E.
