Had my scheduled HVAC checkup. Technician Tanner Gary arrived on time and gave the system a very thorough inspection. I think it’s a good idea to have the system checked before hot weather arrives! I think the maintenance plan is a very good investment for the money! Seasonal checkups, discount on parts if needed. I’m a happy customer!

Stephanie at their office was amazing & Ross the install manager is a stand-up guy who will call above & beyond to ensure the customer is taken care of, even came to our home himself just make sure everything was done right.

Discovered in the morning that my air conditioner was not working. Called Stevenson, they were able to send a technician out the same day! Michael Ouellette was the technician; he arrived and checked the furnance and said everything was working properly then he went inside and checked the thermostat, he identified that the thermostat was the problem. He replaced the thermostat, programmed it and showed me how to use it. Great job; he was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Stan did a great job. On time, courteous and professional. Fixed my commode quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Mike Bresley came out today to do an inspection of our AC system. Stevenson installed the heat/AC system before we bought this house. Mike gave us valuable information on the system and showed us how to save money on our services. He was efficient and respectful. We were very pleased with the service call and signed up for the member deal, as well as duct cleaning.

Mike Bresley was prompt and professional. Upon evaluation of our A/C and furnace, he did offer some helpful advice with future maintenance but was not pushy to sell additional services. We are in the process of renovating several areas of the house and appreciated his input. Overall a positive experience.

Scott Carter was above and beyond friendly and efficient. He kept us informed as he went about his job, and told us what services we should consider in the future. Thanks for great customer service & care.

Mike Bresley was very courteous and professional. He went well beyond explaining things to me and making recommendations for keeping my furnace/air conditioner up to standards. Cleaned up afterward and had everything neat and clean!!
