I’ve became friends with the owner Jeremy, such an outstanding guy and company. Great on rates, labor, Didn’t try to up sell me on something I didn’t need, and took care of my needs right away. Called at 10 pm at night, had my new unit in the next day by noon. They treat you like a friend instead of a customer, the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly... I would recommend every single person to Jeremy and to paramount. It’s not very often you find a company that still operates this way, I’m very blessed with the way everything was handled. Quick, easy, and now my problems are gone. Jeremy Brother, thanks again for taking care of me man, I owe you big time.

I’ve had the pleasure of Paramount Air twice now. They converted my stove to gas and did an excellent job. Fast service. Then went round and round with home warranty over hot water heater. They jerked me around for days! Paramount was at my house in 2 hours and repaired in 45 minutes. Electrician was thorough and an awesome person. They’ll get all my business from now on! Can’t say enough about Mandy in the office as well as all the techs. Wonderful!!

Everyone was very professional and gave quality work. We had a big project replacing our system and duct work. Ruben, Kid And Chris did a fantastic job! Ms. Katrina in the office was very helpful as well when it came to communicating and organizing paperwork for insurance and such. We are definitely recommending Paramount to all of our family and friends from now on!

I have been totally satisfied and completely pleased with Paramount Air Solutions from the first time I talked to Mandy. She was pleasant, eager to help, and professional from day 1. Each professional who has inspected and/or serviced my unit since has also been friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They have done excellent work and each is an asset to the company. Oscar and Shaw came out late on short notice to do a repair on a new A/C unit... worked till about 9:30 pm to get it back up and running. Good guys, professional and polite.

My job requires getting multiple quotes for contract work. Paramount Air Solutions has always provided fair pricing and have never tried to price gouge or sell me services that I didn't need. Warranty information has always been provided up front and terms are above average compared to most. Paramount's crew are polite and easy to work with. They are also highly responsive and punctual which is crucial in my line of business.

The installers were very polite and worked quickly. The office staff was just as professional and courteous and responsive. I would recommend Paramount to anyone, it's been a good experience and I appreciate their flexibility.

These guys are the best!! We have used them for any repairs we needed for the last 7-8 years, and for the last few years we’ve had a service contract with them also. Last year we had to have our heating and cooling units replaced. They got us on the schedule at our convenience, and got them installed quickly. Their customer service, professionalism, and prices are by far the best around! Highly recommend!!

I’m back!! As usual, something happens with my system and I believe the world is ending!! Matthew was amazing! Showed up and figured out the problem fairly quickly. A quick repair and a lot of questions (on my part) and my system is back up and running.

Had Paramount give me a quote while another company was in my home. Just telling Patamount exactly what I was told I needed, Paramount quoted me almost $300 less and included two visits in a service plan. Also, the tech was at my house within 2 hours of my call. Great experience! Would recommend to anyone!
