Unfortunately the tech they sent to diagnose my AC unit seems he was a new bie. He was not competent.I had to call another company to diagnose that my AC unit was not working properly due to bad TXV and damper.
I hope that next time,the new hires should be accompanied with a more experienced tech till they get the knowledge.

3rd company I've ever dealt with when it comes to HVAC and my guy chris told me everything he was doing and explained everything to me as he did it. Learned alot today and will definitely be my go to heat and air techs. My heating issue could have been avoided so we are planning to get a service plan with these guys. I called 6 different places and these guys was the only ones who could come out on a sunday and take care of me.

I sent them a lead to my Grandmas house an with in hour they had her appointment set up an were out there with in few hours to take care of here unit.. Thanks Jeremy appericate your teams hard work on hot days... Recommend u in the future...
