Everyone I interacted with at Paramount Air Solutions were wonderful! Very courteous, efficient and professional. They definitely provided great value and they will be my go-to company from now on.

Paramount Air Solutions has been an excellent company for all of my AC and heating needs. They did great work with installing my new AC unit and have always been very responsive with any maintenance needs as well. Brandon is very thorough with his work and explains everything that he did to resolve the issue and make sure your are happy with the result. I highly recommend using Paramount Air Solutions.

Matthew fixed our AC today and we are very very grateful for him. We were also very impressed with him. He was here for a few hours and there were a couple obstacles that he had to overcome but he stuck it out, stayed calm, and got assistance when he needed it. He did an awesome job! Thank you!!

The technician (Brandon came 4 months ago)was kind and explained everything well. I referred his services to my Godparents as they were also having trouble with their hvac unit.

Today Matt came and he was amazing. He explained everything and made sure that I was aware of everything that was done.

Matt who was my first service tech on Saturday 7/30 was late for our appointment but came out done everything he could got my air up and running. Would give him 4 stars unfortunately it stopped working again and they sent out Brandon. He on the other hand did not have shoe covers, so he had to leave his shoes outside. He also went number 2. VERY VERY unhappy about that. Said he needed to come back to clean up but didn’t give a day or time.

Paramount's service is A++. The technicians give solid advice and are very thorough. The office staff are quick to respond to calls/emails. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Disappointed with their customer service and work. We had a new drain line installed for our AC by Paramount. They did not glue the drain line to the system so the PVC came undone. Water leaked from the system into our basement, which caused water damage in two rooms. They said they would talk to their manager about being responsible for the damage caused and repair the area. I've reached out a few times and haven't heard anything for two months.

I reached out to these guys on Thumbtack and they were quick to respond and schedule a visit next day. I didn't live in the area where I needed services but Daniel gave me a heads up so I could be there before him. He arrived shortly after me. He was polite and cordial with the entire process. He was also very efficient at his job and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in no time and the price was very reasonable compared to other companies. I would recommend them to anyone in need of service. I will definitely use them again. Many thanks again to the company especially Daniel R.
