Owner is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He worked with us to determine the best system for our house with options to make us comfortable. The crew worked tirelessly for long hours to make sure the job was done right and to make sure we weren't left without heat over a cold weekend. Not to mention the price was absolutely the best around! Cannot say enough good things about this company!

Whether you are a owner or a tenant, the quality of service should not be drastically different. Customer service ladies were okay. Too bad we could not experience 4.8 out of 5 service. Over 20 + visits, almost a year, and still was not fixed, the landlord was forced to hire a new company. I still don't quite understand why the system waa designed and installed the way it is. Now landlord has to repair the mistakes Paramount made so we no longer have attic air being pulled into living area. Whatever excuses they will reply, sure glad someone has had success with them. And they do have some nice workers, a bit green but with proper training I hope they do well.

I have been using Paramount for years now at our old and new house, Maintenance guy was proficient and on time. Called prior to coming and fixed the problem in no time! Thank you Paramount and all the employees for everything!!

They are truly a wonderful company. Their technicians are nice and they are knowledgeable, and their staff is also very nice and helpful. This is the third HVAC company I have had service my home, and they stand out from the rest. Not only because of the compliments I gave their technicians and staff, but also because they have good prices, and I have found that they are kind and thoughtful. You don't always get that combination in a company.

Always great service! Quick, efficient, and good quality work. I had them install my new HVAC four years ago and have been extremely pleased with their work. From the scheduling staff to the maintenance workers - everyone has always been extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

This review is way overdue but wanted to take a moment to rave about how wonderful this company is!!!! For some reason, our unit always seems to break on holiday and I am always able to call and get someone here quickly (usually always on the same day). All of the staff that we have worked with has been friendly and professional. They are reasonably priced and incredibly reliable. Honestly cannot say enough nice things about this company! I highly recommend! Call them - you won't be sorry :-)

My heat system blew finally after 20+ years and I called Paramount Air Solutions and within no time they came out to look at it. I couldn’t afford it at the time so they took the time to walk me though how I could make payments which was very affordable and the next morning they was out here and replace everything in a reasonable time. Hard workers very friendly and very respectful. I would recommend anyone who has trouble with there units to go to them.

Brandon from Paramount came by Monday afternoon to check our heating system. Had to get a part from Raleigh & returned in less than 24 hours to replace the part which took about 20 mins & got my heat working correctly. 2nd Time using their service and I was not disappointed. Courteous, professional, informative, & demonstrated urgency which I truly appreciate. They are our go-to HVAC company from now on.

Circuit board went down and heat pump couldn't switch to auxiliary heat. House got very cold. Repairs made quickly and efficiently.
Spring system maintenance performed with professionalism and friendliness.
