We couldn't be more pleased with the service we were provided! Jeramy and his crew worked on one of the hottest days and into the evening to complete the work in one day! Prices were unbeatable and very professional work.

Paramount air solutions is the number 1 heating and air company! My wife and I recently bought a home, upgraded our thermostat, had an issue with it and came out same day service to replace it with an upgraded model at no charge!! Paramount was so helpful for our new construction hvac install. The office was great with communication and scheduling, always responsive. The techs were professional and easy to work with. Our home is almost ready to move into and the ac feels great!

The service tech arrived on time, prompt, and most importantly was courteous. During my routine maintenance and cleaning of the units, the tech found a small issue with a capacitor. After a thorough explanation by the tech, we agreed to change it due to possible unit failure in the future which would save me some money in the long run if they had to return to change it when it went out (trip charge, diagnostic fee). It wasn't a matter of IF it would happen, it was WHEN. I highly recommend Paramount Air Solutions for all your heating and cooling needs. Great job Guys!

Let me start out with extremely professional firm , reasonable pricing , professional service techs , would highly recommend and i will be using them for all of my HVAC and electrical service needs in the future. First time we used Paramount air was the following situation we are new to the area and thought we were having an issue with our forced hot air heat. We called another firm to come and take a look. That tech showed up with nothing but a screwdriver and after less than 7 minutes decided we needed a new $700 thermostat. And he also turned off the fresh Air system saying we didn't need it.
Not being totally naive this just didn't sound right me, so i asked around for recommendations and was given Paramount s name. Called them tech came right out fully equipped to listen to our concerns and inspect the entire system. At that time he explained that what we are experiencing is normal and part of the fresh air system that should not be turned off!. So saved us $700 unneeded repair. Tech was extremely professional and respectful. Since i was extremely impressed and satisfied with this service call, i asked the tech if he knew any electrician he would recommend. He stated that in fact Paramount was now doing licensed electrical work as well as HVAC. He then took it upon himself to set up a call with the office .

So to the lead into this experience is that I had already received 2 estimates for the electrical work i wanted done and they were both extremely high and did not meet my expectations. I am an experienced house renovator a from NJ and i am very aware of how much the work i was looking to get done should cost and the cost of the materials as well. Also the 2 estimates i received were unprofessional and did not have line item costs or material costs. Very unprofessional.

So Marc from Paramount came over went carefully through what we were looking to have done discussed materials he was going to use and the cost of those materials. And how he planned on completing the work was much closer to my expectations . Their estimate was by far the most detailed and reasonable. When it was time to do the work the techs were on time completed the work exactly as planned and explained everything they had done.

The office staff is very courteous and notified us of every appointment and even the techs name. The techs always called when on their way to get insure we were ready.

Will have Paramount air solutions handle all of my HVAC and electrical needs

Since we have been working with Paramount we have ALWAYS found them to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They fixed our broken AC unit. They replaced both the motor and the fan. I can't say enough good things about them! Highly recommend!
