Matthew Shubert was the best technician I have had. Very smart, professional and understanding. He definitely made the fear of a large expense a lot easier. Definitely recommend!

These guys came out and released my unit in a day. They were so nice and polite and so inexpensive. I have a service contract with them now and really can't see myself calling anyone else. If you want honesty, quality, polite, and a fair price then this is your guy.

I live in a condo building where 3-6 condo owners were looking to get their units replaced. A technician, Chris, came out on 7/9 to evaluate the units to provide quotes. After waiting over 2 weeks for a response we contacted the company to follow up on 7/28 so we could include these quotes in our bid comparisons. We were assured we would receive a follow up but as of 8/6 still no response.

I’ve been using Paramount for a while. They do a great job and are very reasonable. I am on their maintenance plan, which keeps my unit running efficiently. Piece of mind and a discount on repairs if you’re on the maintenance plan. Thanks!!!

Turns out you pay for a solicitation visit. Turns out in less than a year from the last time one of their technicians came I was "heading towards replacement" of my entire system. The service (sales) rep was transparent that I needed to buy something as just checking on the system before turning it on for the season was not lucrative.

I essentially paid to have a solicitation appointment. Will go with someone else from now on

The technician Chris Calloway was very professional and knowledgeable in his profession. He's a man with great integrity and he listens to the needs of the customer. And because of his professionalism, it has to speak volume of the company who hired him, which is Paramount Air Solutions

Mr. Jeremy Goodman was very curious and polite. Identified the problem almost immediately, informed me of my options and proceeded to get to work. Mr. Goodman was professional and knowledgeable. The office communication was prompt, professional and great with scheduling, although the technician Chris left much to be desired. He was earlier than the scheduled time so when I was unable to answer the phone, he opted for not showing up at all until I called the office back 2 hours later. When he did arrive, he had his hands in his pockets and addressed us with condescension as if our heating problems were in our imagination. He did not touch or inspect the thermostat itself even though we said that it would freeze and not work. He didnt budge until my boyfriend restated everything I said, and I mentioned that the cooling did not work either.

He spent most of the service outside and messing with our breakers before saying that the heating works and the cooling did not.

Our landlord sent a technician from a different company who actually listened to what we said, took the thermostat off the wall, tested the wires and with new batteries, and even called for a reference before letting us know that the thermostat itself was busted, replaced it, and that there were additional issues with the outside component that he would need to follow-up on.

I am happy to say I now have working heat consistently, but it is unfortunately not because of that particular technician from Paramount Air Solutions. I will recommend to my landlord to use the second company in the future.

Loved Jeremy and how he helped us through the whole process start to finish! He did a great job installing a brand new system and ductwork in our new construction home. They’re super professional and get the job done well!

I called one morning with my heat off and someone came out within an hour. I needed my unit replaced and it was done and working within 2 days. They done a awesome job. They email when with a time.
