Frank and Clay came to our home today to repair some duct work and
hook up a register. They did a great job and they are who i will call again
when i need any heat or air work done. Very Professional!

I was dealing with a defective furnace for almost a year. No A/C IN the summer and very little to no heat since November 2018. I had Mr. Jerry Koontz come and look at the unit. We came to a mutual decision that the furnace was to old to repair and needed to be replaced. The 28th of December, his crew came out and replaced the unit. The crew were superb. They worked so fast. It took them about 7 hrs to get the old unit out and the new unit in. Jerry arrived and inspected the installation and replaced the pipes that run from the compressor to the unit. They also replaced the fuse box outside with a breaker box. Inside the fuse panel, they replaced the A/C breaker with a larger one to acomadate the new compressor unit. Now we have heat again.
I could highly recommend Jerry Koonts' company. Excellent device and I am a very satisfied.

Koonts responded as soon as they could and reviewed my system within the day that i called for help. On time,professional, and quite helpful thank you for your help and would reccomend.
