Ted's HVAC + Plumbing

Sam and Grant came out to my house to fix a leaking outside faucet and to also move an outside faucet from one end of the house to the other. The work was done very professionally and very fast. Thank you Sam and Grant for your hard work!

Absolutely thankful and very pleased with both the men that came to my home. Very knowledgeable and have no issue explaining every thing with answers to all questions. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to say a few words about Ted's, Great/Professional/Expert/Very Friendly and the list could go on. I don't recall ever doing business with a company where EVERYONE is so nice and helpful ! From Aleshia in the office, to Antonio who came out on Easter Monday when I was afraid I wouldn't be able to find anyone available that day, to Chris who came out 2 days later to give an estimate on a new unit [which I was expecting because I had so much trouble with the old one AND at a very reasonable price} to Carson, Carlos, and Obeb who worked all day long the next Friday to get the new unit installed before another cool weekend. I also want to mention Sam and Grant who are two top-notch plumbers that fixed a leak in my hot water heater and checked every sink, toilet and even went under my house to check everything there. GREAT JOB DONE BY ALL!! They were all so nice and went out of their way to make sure I heard everything they said as I am hard of hearing. This was greatly appreciated. Any senior citizens who have this problem would be wise to call Ted's because these young people were so respectful of me and that's hard to find these days! I know this is long but I could go on and on about this company! BUSINESS DONE RIGHT!!

My mom was most impressed with Ted's - their promptness in responding, arriving on time, following up, and overall professionalism is rarely seen! Sam and Grant were extremely polite and thorough in their assessment and explanation.She's happy to now have a plumbing company she trusts!

My Technician was Richard Lovettes. Dude is great. KNOWS HIS STUFF!!!! Was able to teach me about my system answered every question I had, checked on every concern I had went above and beyond. I def owe him a beer! (If he drinks that is lol) This is my second visit from Ted's and they do proper work.

I called Ted’s for my plumbing needs. Many people do not realize they also do plumbing. I had a kitchen sink that was slow to drain. Josh came out sooner than expected which was great! He called before coming so I’d know he was on the way. Not only did he fix my problem but I was pleasantly surprised that he checked my bathroom sink, toilet, and shower before leaving. He went under the house too and checked for leaks! I’ve never had a plumber do that before when called for one thing. I was so impressed! Ted’s has done plumbing work for me before and fixed our problem. They have also installed new HVAC duct work and service my home and rental property. They are always on time, professional, and let you know up front the estimated cost so there are no surprises. You will not go wrong if you use this company!

Sam was my technician. I needed plumbing work done on my rental property. He called to let me know he was on his way and provided an estimate. He also was very polite and explained everything in detail.

We had an issue with our heat blowing cold air. Richard came out and inspected the issue we were having. He then explained everything to us so we could understand and showed us pictures! We appreciated his awesome customer service and thank him so much for fixing our issue! Richard is great and you all are lucky to have him. Thanks so much for all you guys do!!

After getting an estimate on a plumbing project, we decided to also have Ted's do some preventive maintenance on our HVAC system. They were able to coordinate both visits for the same day. Wesley was the lead on replacing the cast iron drain pipe under the house, installing a new two-way cleanout, and tidying up some of the older odd plumbing connections under there. He and his crew were able to knock the job within a day. Pete cleaned the condenser coils, checked the coolant levels, and replaced a part which was on its last legs. Overall, a top notch work and very knowledgable technicians. We are very happy with the quality of work and service, so can recommend with confidence.

Richard did a great job cleaning my coil’s, installing a new capacitor, and he also discovered that the on off switch to my unit was arcing which I could have possibly had a house fire from that . Very thankful he caught that and installed a new switch . A different company had done work on my ducts HVAC last year and installed the switch. Incredibly thankful I did not have a house fire in my attic!
